Fantastic experience: Peter is an amazing personal trainer, and very professional. He’s helped me lose 4.3kg in 4 weeks, and I can safely say I wouldn’t have been able to do it without him! In such a short space of time I’ve already noticed improvements in my strength, and the loss of body fat. I now feel confident with my workout routines and my nutritional plan. Thank you so much!
Fantastic experience: Fantastic! I approached Peter after deciding to change my not so healthy lifestyle! In the hope of loosing a few inches in a healthy & balanced way, after seeing the brilliant results my Son was & continues to achieve. I explained my needs as well as health issues to Peter who was very professional & attentive especially as I do not use the gym. Within a few days I had my food & exercise plan & I was off, the last 3 month have not been the easiest but I will say, “that Peters encouragement & guidance”, got me through . Fantastic experience: I trained with Peter a number of times. He shows great knowledge, which inspires confidence in what he is showing. He is attentive to specific needs and requirements of the client and also pays attention to where weaknesses and strengths are, where pain is felt and help adjust to maximise the benefits and reduce chances of injuries

Fantastic experience: DON'T BE FOOLED!! Peter may look young but WOW he gets results! Peter is kind, considerate, efficient and knowledgeable. The program he created for me took into account my extremely picky nature of exercises, considered my current fitness levels AND ensured my program would create results in the fastest yet safest way to avoid injury. With the hard task of mixing up my regular boring routine, he gently explained every single exercise of my program with detail, ensuring I have a thorough understanding of what I am being asked to do, leaving no stone unturned. Perfect PT for those who are complete beginners all the way to experienced athletes. True PT with passion and desire for his clients to THRIVE!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Peter for the past 6 months and he helped me massively in reaching my goals. He’s always available to support me and answer my questions, he regularly check on me to see how things are and if there is anything extra that he can do to help. He’s knowledge and expertise in the what exercise will work best for you and your needs/objectives, is what made this experience worth the money. If you want to go to the gym occasionally probably you don’t need a PT, but if you are serious on improving your health or just get fitter than I will strongly suggest you to give Peter a call. Fantastic experience: I have been training with Pete since September and he has been nothing but excellent. He has designed personalised training programmes to adapt to my joint/ wrist issues and he's made it work! He's very patient, friendly and professional . He is clearly very passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals. His motivation, enthusiasm and knowledge in his work is very inspiring and motivating at the same time. I started off not knowing how to use any of the gym equipment, not knowing what macro or micro 's are, and not being very consistent with attending the gym... However after training with Pete, not only can I use equipment myself he has taught me the correct form, I now meal prep knowing that I am dieting in a healthy sustainable way and I have also been consistent with attending the gym (and enjoying it!). Pete gives his clients personalised feedback weekly too which i think adds to the encouragement and motivation aspect too. I have seen noticeable positive results in my weight loss and strength training journey so far. I would highly recommend Pete as a personal trainer, great personal trainer and I wish him all the best in his work! :) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: Pete is always friendly and welcoming whether it's in the gym or in his classes. His passion to train individuals to the best of their abilities is second to none, and offers alternative exercises based on individual abilities or personal struggles. He is encouraging and acknowledges people at the end of every session, praising them, which personally I find motivational when I've really struggled. Pete is knowledgeable and shows a huge amount of passion, he's an awesome PT and group instructor. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Peter’s ‘Relentless’ sessions are a great mix of fast-paced cycling mixed with resistance and plyometrics - with no rest. It’s 30 minutes of hellish joy :) Peter is an amazing trainer and his sessions are super-challenging but awesome. Peter is a great motivator and helps me maintain good form throughout the session. I find his guidance to be really helpful, especially during the most challenging bits! I would highly recommend Peter as a trainer, his sessions are great and his positivity, support and praise is much-appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Peter for 2 years now, and I can say I’ve seen incredible results! He ensures you do every exercise with the correct form and I walk out of the gym feeling confident and learning something new every time. Fantastic experience: Pete is a wonderful coach and all round really lovely person. For those who aren’t comfortable in a gym he is incredibly welcoming, and every time you walk into the gym he says hi and makes you feel like a person and not just a number. Fantastic experience: Started my fitness journey with Peter a few months ago and have seen greater and quicker results having Peter as my pt than training by myself where I struggled to see any progression, he’s a very down to earth lad who is very knowledgeable and has a great passion for what he does and is always there to help you improvise and progress, very good price and makes the sessions suited to you and pushes me to reach my goals, highly recommend will be training with him for a long time

Fantastic experience: I have used a few Personal Trainers before and I have found that they don't show a huge amount of interest in the client. Peter is the opposite. Exceptional customer service combined with good PT knowledge. 5 star.

Fantastic experience: Peter is an amazing PT he not only helped with a great food plan and workout routine but helped me mentally with discipline and focus, I worked out for a couple of years before and my workouts were all over the place not knowing the correct technique and form, very grateful for the help he provided. 100% recommend using PFP!

Fantastic experience: My lifestyle was slowly moving towards that of a couch potato until tongue in cheek I agreed to join Peter in one of his training sessions for the “older” pupil. I have to say it is the best thing since I retired and for which I feel much fitter lessening my chances of falling as I become older whilst also improving my mental health. Peter configured a dietary plan specifically for me based on my weight, age and general lifestyle. Peter’s sessions are just the right level for me but obviously can be more intense for those younger who are really interested in improving their health and appearance. Peter is genuine, friendly, focused, very knowledgeable about his profession, enthusiastic and encouraging. I will not hesitate to recommend him to any person who is genuinely interested in improving their lifestyle, health and wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: I started my fitness journey around 3 years ago now as i wanted to gain weight and some muscle mass, since training with Pete he has helped me so much with my physique and with my overall motivation. He goes into so much detail with different training methods and with food intake, he has made me feel so much more happy about my appearance, always giving me help and advice whenever I need it. Fantastic experience: I have tried going to the gym many times before working with Peter and I have never been able to keep going over longer periods of time. However, since working with Peter I have been able to stay consistent for more that 15 weeks, 3 times a week, every week. I honestly couldn't have done it without his motivation, his advice and his guidance. I hope to continue working with him in the future and achieve my target of 52 weeks in the gym.

Fantastic experience: I trained with Peter for around 3 months, Peter helped me with all aspects within my training from diet to workout and how to perform certain exercises with the correct form through his videos. Peter was always available to help me with any questions I had which was helpful. Peter also gave me a structured training plan in my case it was to put on weight and muscle mass which was clearly workers as I put on about 10kg in 3 months. I personally found the weekly check ins helpful as Peter always provided me with feedback and goals for the week ahead. I highly recommend Peters services for anyone who wants to make a change or reach a certain goal and requires some guidance.

Fantastic experience: Me and Peter met at the gym, while he was working if you need to know how to do things and what works better that targets that muscle he will demonstrate and show you the better way. He is a very positive and passionate person and very motivating person that can help and push you to what you want in and out of the gym so if you need a good and positive energy and attitude then Pete will get you there but you have to push your self to. Fantastic experience: Peter forrest is a brilliant trainer, very understanding and helpful. He will work with you to create a work out that is suited for you. He is also a very understanding trainer too, for anyone like me who is a bit gym shy Peter will help you overcome it. He is very easy to talk to, communicative and will touch base with you every week to see how your progressing is going. Fantastic experience: For the short amount of time I've been training with Peter I can already see progression with my entire mental and physical state. Life's only been uphill since starting up with Peter and I've been more motivated to be more active and healthy which the sessions and the nutrition plans that he supplies is really helping out with it.
