CrossFit^® Incursion

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Incursion has become my go to for my crossfit fix when I visit the Isle of Wight to stay with family. Super friendly bunch, welcoming and great wods to keep you ticking over whilst you're on the island. Looking forward to returning towards the end of the year. Thanks team!

Fantastic experience: My first experience of CrossFit with the talented pair of instructors Nolan and Camilla. Attention to form makes this a safe and exact exercise form - whilst the nature of CrossFit means you leave 'beasted'. A great alternative to the gym as this really feels like a great like minded community of people, supporting each other in becoming fitter and stronger.
