Fantastic experience: I have joined so many gyms and done classes over the years but always lost interest after a few months and started something else. I had heard about Crossfit but initially was a bit scared to give it a try. Eventually I gave it a go and now I cant imagine training anywhere else! Every day is different so I always feel challenged, the coaches are so encouraging and the members love to see others achieve something almost as much as achieving something themselves. For anyone who, like me would like to give it a go but hasn't, I would totally say to just go for it! :)

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Crossfit 6months ago and even though it's tough the rewards are brilliant. No more walking into the gym doing half arse workouts wondering what routine to do or whether you're doing the exercise correctly at Crossfit it's all done for you both the workouts and the coaching is all provided together with nutrition advice. Thanks for all the help and support from both the members and coaching staff who are all brilliant I've had a great 6months at Fushion Crossfit long may it continue. Give it a go you won't regret it !!!!!

Fantastic experience: Since joining Fusion I have been made to feel so welcome, the coaching team are knowledgable and always make sure you stay safe as well as getting a great workout. It’s a fun and supportive environment, everyone is helpful and encouraging, after 6 weeks I already feel like I belong
