Fantastic experience: The gym is a great space, and provides everything needed for a full body workout! Always feeling sore (in a good way) after our sessions. Sam's a really attentive trainer - and has paid really close attention to the goals I'm working towards. He's super knowledgeable and has helped me fine tune my diet.
Fantastic experience: Sam has been teaching me the correct form for compound lifts, as I’m wishing to gain the correct techniques to be comfortable performing these on my own to help with strength gain and fat loss I love my training sessions and book block sessions - as it’s cheaper - but Sam offers multiple options to suit people’s needs / goals. Every session Sam shows great interest in trying to help you as an individual improve, if that would be your form, or bettering yourself from your previous workout - or both. Sam also gave me some advise where I needed it in regards to my diet and even gave me a few workout ideas / programs to follow at home inbetween my workout days if I wish to. He knows his stuff - years of experience - hence why I have started learning from him I can’t fault Sam in any way and I can most certainly see myself booking in another lot of block sessions again after this one.
Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Sam highly enough! He brings a wealth of knowledge to his training and is unfailingly supportive and kind in our sessions. His training is also effective - even having just twice a week sessions is making a noticeable impact - I feel stronger week by week, and I can see the improvements in my overall fitness. It's worth every penny!
Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Sam enough for his powerlifting training. He is patient and focuses on having good form which is really important. I’ve noticed a lot of improvements in my movement and strength since starting and Sam tracks all my lifts so I always have a previous best to try to beat! Its been a great find as I really don’t line big commercial gyms!

Fantastic experience: As an avid gym-goer all over the world I have had the pleasure of coming across Holland Strength Training. I had sent a couple emails to other gyms but Sam quickly got back to me which was nice, as I still have not heard from some of the other local gyms. I am new-ish to the area and have not been training and I am working when most other training facilities are open. Upon meeting Sam he has been very welcoming, professional and never intimidating. He has helped with my unique schedule. Sam is extremely knowledgeable especially when it comes to training and has won multiple competitions in the strength training world, which brings so much to my individual training that has helped create the best version of myself. With his training and nutrition tips over the past month, 3 days a week I have completely changed the look of my body, and learned how important it is to lift heavy with proper form to bring my body to its healthiest form. Do not underestimate the size of his gym, I can honestly say there are days I am unsure how I walked to my car.

Fantastic experience: Before I met Sam, I was intimidated by the weights area of the gym, I used the stationary bikes and the eliptical with not much progress. He showed me what to use, how to use it correctly, not to be afraid to start small and make sure my form is correct before I use heavier weights. Since working with him I feel confident in the gym and know how to work out to see my body change for the better.
