Fantastic experience: Great range of equipment for a small independent gym. Well maintained and clean, reasonably priced with discounts for coupleS, OAP’s etc. Refreshment bar for those that prefer to buy their protein post workout rather than in bulk. I have been an abide gym user for 20 years and since moving locally this gym has kept my physique, motivation and interest for almost 3 years. Posted(20/7/24)

Fantastic experience: Recently, I tried out this gym with a friend, and honestly, it was awesome! Friendliest staff, lots of great equipment, not too busy and great prices. There were lots of options for parking.

Fantastic experience: Signed up with diamond gym and I couldn't of asked for a better induction from one of the trainers (jack) showed me how to use all the machines and was very helpful with any questions. Very good.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area Superb modern machines allowing all muscle groups to be worked on. Its never over packed so you can always get your workout done. Staff are very friendly and helpful all the time, giving great advise and best approach on how to work the machines. Always clean and tidy and everyone gets a bottle and cloth so you can clean down your equipment after which is superb. They also provide a great range of supplements and healthy foods. Great gym at a great price.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to a gym in years . I like it quiet which it is. Well it is 7.30 in the morning . Can do my workout peacefully. Will be attending more regularly thats for sure
