Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of Martina. She helped me regain my strength and fitness after having my baby and over the past year has taken me from restorative exercises back to the high intensity exercises I love, all while my little boy watches. Martina really knows her stuff, and is super fun to be around too - plus her juices and soups are amazing. 5*!

Fantastic experience: Martina runs a great yoga class. She takes time to get to know your body and makes sure you do what's right for you. I love it!
