The gym has everything you need for whatever style of workout you’re looking for! There are also so many classes to choose from which come at a very good price for London! I couldn’t be happier that I’ve moved here ☺️

And if you are visiting London just for the day, you will be able to buy a Day-Pass so you can play anytime (weekly pass also available) Bonus points for the amazing team who is always on hands to help you, guide you and answer any questions you might have . They are some of the kindest, most welcoming & fun people I have ever met as well as the friendly community who comes to train here Let’s not forget about the ESSENTIAL on-site cafe with access to snacks, shakes, pre and post workout food #coffeeaddict Basically this gym has absolutely everything you will need for an epic session (including banter) 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic experience: Have been coming to Gym Nation since September of last year and could not be happier. I used to get really anxious going to the gym and have had many wasted memberships as a result but not with this place! I have now become a regular gym-goer and also do some sessions with PT Maria (ladies, check her out if you’re needing some extra help!) The vibe and community here is really second to none, people from all walks of life and the staff is all super friendly and ready to help you with whatever you need. Their shakes are super delicious, so make sure to try them at least once. Excited to see how the gym continues to grow

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at GymNation for several months, and despite appearing intimidating on the outside the gym is a warm & welcoming environment whether someone’s completely new or fully invested in training. They have all the equipment and space to use it from atlas stones & yokes, to rogue competition plates, Olympic lifting space, multiple stiff barbells, HYROX area and even have an in-house barber, as well as dance classes and a swathe of experienced athletes and trainers. The cost of membership is 100% worth the quality of experience. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I go here on my own and I feel safe doing so! Everyone is real nice and helpful. I was worried I was gonna look like an idiot not knowing how to use some machines, and the staff really make you feel comfortable. They also have a proper coffee machine and Monmouth coffee which is absolutely amazing I must say if you're a coffee snob like myself. Lots of protein shakes to choose from and lots of space, always airy and breezy. Also NHS discount!! Would recommend.

The gym is huge with tonnes of machines and free weights - everything from powerlifting to calisthenics, and it’s not super busy either so I don’t have to wait to use equipment as I have in previous gyms. Everyone is super friendly whether that’s staff or other users. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Came in to have a look around as my other half already uses the gym and the staff were lovely. The place is huge, really good variety of equipment and really clean. The protein shakes are lovely too

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Gyn Nation for over 6 months now, and it is a great place to train. They have top quality, clean equipment for any type of workout. There is plenty of space, with dedicated areas for cardio, free weights and weighted machines. I often go during lunch between 1-2pm and the gym is not too busy at this time. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and make a really good protein shake if you need it on the go! I often see a lot of personal trainers assisting other people, so you will definitely get the support you need to help you train. Only recommendation I would give is for the showers/toilets to perhaps be cleaned more regularly :)

Fantastic experience: I went into this gym as I was enquiring on the services provided and the team member, Archie was very polite from the moment I walked in till the moment I left. He showed me around the gym and gave me an insight on this establishment. Before leaving I also brought a milkshake as I wanted to try one, and the protein shake I tried was fantastic. Fantastic experience: The new(ish) gym on the block. It's gone from strength to strength (no pun intended); they keep expanding, adding more arches, good quality equipment and studio spaces. Yes, it's a no-frills gym (no luxury products in the bathrooms, but that's not the point of this gym), there is something for everyone and it's got a really nice chilled vibe - no snobbery or judgment like other gyms in the areas. Loads of machines, 1000s of dumbbells and racks + lots of powerlifting equipment too. AND they serve Monmouth coffee... These guys know what they're doing!

Fantastic experience: Starting coming here a few months ago for PT sessions with Ben. As someone who has felt uncomfortable in gyms before, I have to say this is the most relaxed, welcoming place I have been. Super friendly and the coffee is great!

Personal trainers, such a friendly staff that it will help you with everything without feeling like you are wasting their time. A safe space for women. And great classes! My favourite kickboxing with Max. 100% recommended and glad you are celebrating your first year! For many more!

Fantastic experience: So glad when this gym opened - would come from Elephant to train in the morning rather than going to Gymbox. Never too busy even at peak times and has all the equipment you need to train seriously. Good price point too given it’s in zone 1. Unfortunately I moved away but highly recommend!
