Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Chiara enough as a PT and the bootcamps at NCF for that extra punishment! I hadn't been to a gym in years and had never been to a PT before ...being a apprehensive for my first session would be a massive understatement! However, Chiara made me feel comfortable and confident and has continued to support me and push me! No matter how I feel going into a session, I come out feeling amazing (and exhausted!). I completely trust Chiara to know my capabilities, this motivates me to attempt things I never thought I could, the sense of achievement afterwards is empowering! The gym itself is clean, private, professional and a good place to be. The bootcamps are brutal ...but in a good way! I love being outside in the beautiful surroundings of Nurstead Court, training hard and finishing feeling exhilarated! The groups are friendly and very encouraging.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend NCF, really great atmosphere and facilities. Chiara is really professional & friendly, made me feel at ease straight away as I was nervous about returning to training after having a break. Have trained one to one before but its so much more personalised with NCF & results are noticeable.
