Fantastic experience: Absolutely worth the PT sessions. Best PT I've ever had. Wouldn't change Chris for anyone else. Very friendly, magnificent and understanding. If you need to know anything, he is your man as he has serious knowledge on the best ways. I'm proud of how he has helped me greatly increase my knowledge in the gym and improved my fitness, as well as giving me muscle + losing weight. Well worth the money, I love going back for more to see him. I highly recommend Chris as a PT if you ever need one, he will massively help you at any level of your fitness.
Fantastic experience: Started my pt sessions in October 23, after having a wake up call from my GP. Not only has Chris given me advice on food and nutrition he has gone above and beyond in tailoring for my personal needs in regards to weights and cardio. I have gained muscle and improved my cholesterol and sugar levels dramatically. Would highly recommend due to his immense knowledge, dedication and passion which is visible in his sessions. Absolute top guy and always a phone call away.
Fantastic experience: Started PT sessions with Chris back in Aug 23, after losing a little bit of motivation/direction in the gym. I have been going to the gym since age 15 so have had a fair share of PT’s over that time, and I can honestly say Chris is the best in the biz & I can’t recommend him enough What sets Chris apart from others, is his physiological knowledge of the body, and the application of this to the programs he works to create, with his clients. Chris also practices what he’s teaching by regularly training & completing insane challenges himself !! which personally I found super motivating. Not only that, Chris is a super nice guy, & always on hand if I had any questions ! If you want a PT that challenges you, keeps you accountable, on track & that helps you get the results you want then Chris is the man. My PT sessions have helped me find my love of my training again, so big thanks to Chris.
Fantastic experience: I decided to start PT sessions in October Chris was recommended to me by a friend. His knowledge & passion is second to non & he genuinely wants to help you to get the results you want. He will push you all the way which is what I wanted. He will tailor your workout to your individual goals & abilities for you. Not only have I lost weight I have also built muscle & feel & look better than I did 5 years ago. So whether you want to loose weight gain muscle or just up your fitness & gym knowledge Chris is your man. So if you’re thinking of taking the plunge get in touch with him no matter your age or ability he will definitely be able to help you. He also does a great X fit class on Wednesdays which certainly gets the blood pumping.
Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Chris enough if you’re thinking about getting a coach! I hadn’t enjoyed training for a while, gym was becoming a chore and then I signed up with Chris, now I love the gym and I’ve learnt a heck of a lot from him! Gave me some killer workouts which I love and enjoying the meal plans he gave me! I’ve lost weight whilst enjoying my meals and never felt better!
Fantastic experience: Could not ask for a better personal trainer in Chris. I Started at the gym back in October and my strength and fitness has improved so much thanks to Chris. Had a goal on were I wanted to be and he gave me a plan and advice on how to get there. This guy is incredible when it comes to personal fitness training. A top good bloke also. If you need help gaining muscle, losing weight, strength or just plain fitness do get in contact with Chris. If I could give 6 stars I would. Excellent work

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a PT then look no further, really sound guy, extremely knowledgeable and really pushed me towards my goals, I’d still be doing weekly sessions if it wasn’t for unforeseen circumstances on my end. Couldn’t ask for more from a pt. Prepare to sweat.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Chris for 7 months and I can’t recommend him highly enough! I came into the gym a bit lost and unsure of what I could do to get my health to where I wanted it but Chris helped me really understand how to achieve my goals and the real actionable steps I needed to take. I’d love to say personal training has been a doddle but nothing hard is ever easy. Chris has motivated and supported me every step of the way and isn’t afraid to push me to my limits. In this last 7 months I’ve notice massive changes to my mental and physical health (3 stone lighter and with a much healthier relationship with food) and really good muscle growth. Now I can go into a gym with a really clear and concise idea of what muscle groups I want to work and what exercises I need to do, something I had no idea about less than a year ago! Highly recommended!
Fantastic experience: I've been training with Chris for the last 10-12 weeks, I just needed an extra push once a week and he certainly did that. My strength has doubled in that short period of time which i am absolutely ecstatic about He is very professional, knowledgeable, motivating and encouraging, I would highly recommend Chris to anyone no matter what your goals are, as he can most definitely help you achieve them.
Fantastic experience: Chris has been great in helping with my weightloss and fitness. He has helped me to develop the confidence in using all areas in the gym, I used to be afraid to step foot in the weights areas. I now use all areas of the gym, understand equipment and how to use it. Chris’ workout plans have helped me include regular strength training into my weekly routine, this has really helped with my body shape. The programmes allow me to keep going after finishing my PT slots using the online sheets. They help me to keep track and ensure I increase weights gradually to improve my performance and fitness. In 6 months I have lost 2.5 stone (15kg). This was through consistent and regular hard work in the gym and making sure I go even when I don’t feel like it, KEEP GOING! I used intermittent fasting and sugar reduction to control my calorie intake. Chris’ advice really stayed with me: “you didn’t put the weight on in one month, don’t expect to drop it in a month”. My body has changed and lots of people have commented how well I look, which is lovely to hear ☺️ A big Thank you to Chris for giving me a great confidence boost and great training advice that has help me to stay on track! Onto the next goal
Fantastic experience: In October last year I started seeing Chris for a couple of PT sessions just to prepare me for a half marathon... Well after the first couple I was hooked as it is clear from the off how much this guy knows . . Not only that he really motivates you to want to be your best! . . And after a short while I decided to run a full marathon . . Chris supported me through my training marathon journey with weekly PT sessions, bespoke work outs he created for me and gave me diet advice too! . . The results were incredible . . My core strength improved dramatically and lost 12llbs too! . . I cant thank Chris enough for the motivation I needed when the marathon training got tough! . . This girl DID run a marathon . . And I certainly couldn't have done it without CD health and fitness expert advice and support! . . If you want to get fit and start a new healthier life then this guy will help you get there! Fantastic experience: After weeks of debating to have a PT, I finally made the decision to start! It has been the best decision starting with Chris. Chris is professional, friendly, passionate in what he does, knowledgeable, has a good understanding of my training objectives, adapts to your own personal goals whilst giving you the support and encouragement in achieving your goals with personal fitness and nutrition plans. Fantastic experience: I came to Chris a few months ago, looking to build my strength and tone up. Whilst having weekly PT's with Chris not only have I been able to make progress in these areas, I have also gained confidence in going to the gym and knowing what to do. Chris knows his stuff and has helped me to learn more about what to do to target certain muscles, as well as technique, and form. Chris is friendly, and knowledgable. He tailors sessions to suit his clients, providing training plans and support away from sessions, if needed.
