Since qualifying in 2011, I have built on my knowledge & experience within the industry to give clients the best quality of training. I have a BSc in sport science, MSc in nutrition, Accredited Nutritionist with AfN, level 4 specialising in lower back pain, pre & post-natal. Lastly, attended 3 internships in America & Canada, working with athletes. This has enabled me to train people from all walks of life, including: Elderly population General population Pre and post-natal client's Junior athletic individuals Professional & amateur athletes. Taking great pride in my own training ensures I am in the best physical condition, not only to perform my job, but to inspire my clients to achieve their goals. Offer gym and online training

Fantastic experience: Katie has been my PT for 10+ years, helping to build up my strength, stamina and overall fitness, while in more recent times, skilfully adapting my program to take account of various injuries that I have sustained. She pushes me to achieve my maximum potential, but she is also able to think on her feet and change an exercise, weight or repetition should the need arise, because she is very much aware that everyone has different capabilities and requirements and even the same person can have varying needs from week to week. Katie is very encouraging and motivating and easy to get along with, whatever your age, so sessions fly by and at the end, you feel that you’ve worked hard, achieved success and had a sociable or fun time too.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous personal trainer who really cares about the quality of her coaching and focuses on building correct technique. Katie is approachable and makes the gym a far less scary place! Katie inspired me to take up Powerlifting in my late 30’s, after having 2 children, with huge health benefits. Now 10 years later every social media article recommends strength training for women. Katie was way ahead of the trend and is still my PT!

Fantastic experience: I was very lucky to come across Katie on a Google search. I have been using Katie on and off now for almost a year and I look forward to her sessions. She takes me at a great time suitable for my working day which is almost impossible to get and we get it done on our sessions. I have had a lot of challenges this year with work but I know when I get back to training with Katie everything is organised as it should be. I enjoy the variety of what we do and she will push hard which is what I like. No faffing about just get it done. Thanks Katie for being an utter pro!!

Fantastic experience: We are a couple on 40’s who have always given attention to physical form and weight control. We go to Gym in a very regular basis (4-6 times a week) due to our sedentary professional life. Early this year our weight was a little out of our control and we decided to look after professional help. We contacted Katie who was very positive right from the first contact. Fantastic experience: I started working with Katie about a year ago, a few years after the birth of my second child. I was still getting pregnancy-related hip pain and had niggles in my knees and at the middle of my back. After a few months the hip, knee, and back pain disappeared and I felt so much stronger. I’m now pregnant with my third and relatively pain free. She’s really lovely to work with and an absolute expert on pre and post natal training.

Fantastic experience: My PT Katie Girdler is the best trainer around. Doesn’t give the same exercises to everyone she listens to each client and trains them in exactly what they need. And she is fun!! Training is fun with her. We laugh a lot!!

Fantastic experience: I have had Katie as my PT for years and I cannot reconmend her enough. She is possitive, supportive and gets you to challenge yourself. She is creative in her exercises and can be adaptable if you have any issues with injury etc.
