Fantastic experience: Roy's gym is small but has everything you need. For what is lacks in size, it makes up for in personality and community. As a PT, Roy is knowledgeable, fun and produces results! Wouldn't recommend for anyone after a high tech, super professional gym they can use every day. But would definitely recommend for anyone looking to see results in a personalised, friendly and welcoming environment.
