Fantastic experience: I've been training with Mark since August 2022 and have been consistently going five days a week and sometimes for double sessions. Mark is there at every session and helps where needed. It feels like an appointment that I won't miss, almost as though I might let him down if I don't turn up. I have now lost 2st 8lb and about four inches off the belt. This works for me, much better than other impersonal gym memberships that were never used, I had no reason to go, so I didn't Update: I've now lost 5st 1lb and around ten inches of the waist. I'm still a regular between playing pickleball. Usually three times a week.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful building very clean and well presented. The gym has top quality equipment. The group sessions are friendly and well led by Mark who has excellent qualifications and over twenty years experience as a trainer. The emphasis is on the individual requirements and personal development. There is always an atmosphere of positivity and fun.

Fantastic experience: Joined MP Personal Training as I felt I was seizing up and totally unfit, also well overweight. I have never been a gym member before and was apprehensive about joining. How lovely to find Mark both friendly and extremely supportive and the other gym members very friendly, the atmosphere is lovely and there is a great mix of people. Love my gym sessions now and I'm moving much more freely! If you are thinking of joining a gym I highly recommend MP Personal Training.
