Fantastic experience: Recently finished my first block of PT’s with Lewis and can’t thank him enough for all the hard work he’s put in!! My strength and fitness has improved so much over the past 5 weeks as well as feeling a lot more confident within myself and with going to the gym! Can’t thank him enough for all the motivation, advice and check ups to make sure I’m sticking to plan and for actually making me enjoy coming to the gym, never thought I’d see the day! Can’t wait to book in for another block

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic gym. Top quality plenty of space so much equipment and great staff. I am so happy they are back open now and even with restrictions it feels great. Everything is spaced out and comfortable. I would definitely recommend everyone to come and use the gym and feel at home.

They have helped many people keep fit and healthy with online classes throughout lockdown . They have over the time I've been there improved equipment and decorating throughout even though he did it last year also . Can't wait to be back there *****
