FIRST CHOICE PILATES

Fantastic experience: I joined First Choice Pilates at age 70. Pilates strengthens the core and back muscles but what I love best is that at 79 I can still stride out. My joints have good movement (commented upon by my doctor) and my balance and co-ordination are strong, so important for preventing falls as you age. The classes are small, Lynn is an excellent teacher and is always aware of how individual pupils are performing. I have no hesitation in recommending First Choice Pilates to all ages.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Lynn's Pilates classes for about 7 years. I have really benefited from doing the classes having had rheumatoid athritis for over 30 years, it has kept me mobile and fit. I am now 80 and feel good thanks to Lynn. She adjusts any of the difficult exercises ti suit me and my health problems. I highly recommend Lynn

Fantastic experience: Originally I started classes here due to having sciatica, the classes help strengthen my back and helped my posture so I no longer have back pain, I continue the classes to keep my back strong and flexible. I've been attending first choice pilates classes for nearly 8 years, the classes are small and friendly and Lynn is a great teacher, I can highly recommend first choice pilates.
