Christina is an amazing coach, so knowledgeable, caring and passionate about all her clients, making everyone who comes through the door feel welcome, comfortable and safe. I’ve been training here for about 4 weeks now and already feel so at ease and look forward to every session. Perfect for those starting out weight training as there’s no pressure and Christina accommodates to all levels of training experience. Real feeling of community and a safe space for women of all abilities to train and get the best advice and support!

Fantastic experience: Completed a 6week challenge here and it was just fantastic. Christina and Sarah are amazing coaches and really helped me learn so much with regards to my form when exercising and i am so grateful to them. Would highly recommend for anyone who’s starting out or already has a history of working out. you will love it. ☺️

Fantastic experience: Empowered is an amazing gym with incredible coaches! Both Christina and Sarah work with you to help you reach your goals! They know each and every member of the gym! It really makes you feel part of a lovely, welcoming community! There are cool added extras like competitions, classes and yoga, organised trips/outing, a little book exchange library and much more! Empowered has it all! I am so glad I found this place!! I love it!!

Fantastic experience: This place is unreal. I’ve lifted weights on and off for years but never in a girls only gym. And I just love it so much. Christina and Sarah are incredibly knowledgeable at what they do. They encourage you to push harder when you need it, and also respect and give guidance on the off days. I love having a safe place to train
