CIRQ_HIIT is all about Partner Interval Training; this workout combines HIIT and resistance training for all fitness levels. It is designed to help increase speed, power, endurance and metabolic rate, helping you burn fat faster. Most people lack motivation, need accountability and want variety when it comes to exercise, and CIRQ-HIIT partner interval training covers all three. Each participant can adjust the weights and intensity level at each station whilst receiving encouragement and motivation from their partner and coach to achieve the maximum results from every session. Fantastic experience: Self doubt put me off for about month joining this class, I was overweight my confidence was low, and every time I’d look down, there it was that blasted belly jiggling with joy it had so much fun enjoying gluttonous food and drinks during the pandemic But I knew if I carried on letting it continue its rein of terror it would get worse and harder to lose, So I committed to a date the following week all the while thinking I’m gonna be done after 5 minutes, it will be so embarrassing, you can’t do this You don’t need to do this, start the following week. Now comes crunch day My first day I was nervous very nervous Really wanted to turn back and not go, but my jiggly nemesis my belly needed to be defeated, no more jiggle jiggle, time to fight ,time to put in the work, face your fears. Just walk through the door. Too be greeted by one of the owners that run the gym and my instructor for the lesson Ian a kind welcoming man, who made me feel at ease as he explained the routine for the lesson and if I wasn’t sure about something, he was all too happy to answer any questions I had. But the biggest surprise to me was how encouraging the other students was, you see there just like me they all have similar goals lose weight get fitter, but so friendly and welcoming, your part of a team in the workouts. It’s like having a personal trainer with mates helping each other, every lesson getting the best out of you for a fraction of the cost you would pay a personal trainer at a gym. The depth of knowledge by all the trainers is mind boggling not one class has been the same, so much variety all designed to blast you in to ship shape working order, I had lower back problems so they made sure I still got a good work out without further injuring my back now I hardly notice it and am able too do way more. It’s been 2 months now and I’ve lost 2 stone, because I wanted to push, dig deep, meet the goals I set for myself. I hate when I miss classes Because I’m getting addicted to that buzz Of walking into that gym and crawling out. And my mental health has completely turned 180°. I feel so much more positive about life. So stick the middle finger to self doubt and just go, Start the journey Don’t hold yourself back. I’ll see you there.

Fantastic experience: Been training for a few months now at Cirq-Hiit and really enjoy the classes but also find the coaches and people that attend to be friendly and open. A real supportive community to train and grow.

Fantastic experience: I started here about 9 months ago after putting it off for ages. I regret not joining sooner! I have recommended many friends to join here after thoroughly enjoying the sessions it has boosted my mood and confidence. I always look forward to seeing the regulars and trainers at the gym it is a lovely to be part of the community at this gym. Everyone who attends the classes are incredibly supportive and encouraging. I started training with Fatima who teaches the best HIIT classes and 1-2-1. The best coach! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Awesome HIIT studio located in E. London, glad I found it nearby as I visited family! I went everyday and not one class is alike, its challenging and the group atmosphere is very motivating. All the instructors for the morning sessions area great. I really like the emphasis on the stretch and warm-up, pre & post the 45min circuit class. Definitely a gem to keep you on top of your heath & fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to CIRQ-HIIT for over a year now and I can't imagine anywhere else I'd rather work out! The trainers are truly fab and really supportive - Fatima and Claire have both been great at delivering high energy and fun sessions. They create different workouts each time, pushing us out of our comfort zones and providing a really positive and fun environment to exercise in. There is always a really fun and friendly crowd there to work out with (and share the pain with!) too. Keep up the excellent work guys!

Fantastic experience: Been going for a few years now. Very good trainers, excellent variety of workouts spanning HIIT, Boxing and kickboxing. Very welcoming towards different abilities. Good session times that I can navigate around WFH, evenings and weekend. Great place to get workouts done with minimum fuss and zero attitude. Friendly group of trainers and gym goers alike.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Crossfit (now called CIRQ-HIIT) for over 4 years and find this place really encouraging as it pushes me to go beyond my boundaries. The trainers are excellent and supportive and the sessions are great fun. I enjoy the sessions each week as they are tailored according to individual needs. A special shout out to my trainer/friend Fatima who has always been very motivating and inspiring us. Keep up the excellent work guys!

Fantastic experience: I have been training here for two years now, training 1-2 times a week and I keep coming back for more! The classes are always varied and challenging and all levels of fitness are catered for, with exercises scaled to your ability. Ian and his team of instructors provide a really welcoming atmosphere with no ego involved. You’re encouraged to focus on form and technique over volume and progress at your own pace. A great place to train in a stress free environment with knowledgable trainers.

Fantastic experience: When I started doing HIIT, I was already doing kickboxing at the same place. I always found the warm-up the toughest part of the kickboxing class. HIIT is like that only tougher. I wasn't sure I was up to it as I have to manage a chronic illness but the instructors were encouraging. At first, I was exhausted when I got to the end of class. Now, I'm absolutely fine and I no longer struggle with the warm-up in kickboxing. I'm a lot stronger and I come out of classes wanting some more. Plus we have socials so I now have a new group of friends as well. I really recommend these classes.

Fantastic experience: Awesome session on Wednesday morning! Great way to get back into the Hit classes with partner workouts. Glad to be back at the gym with a great coach and great people to work out with. Good playlists too!!

Fantastic experience: I have never stuck to a workout regime more than training at CH! Coaches are so lovely and will challenge you. Great variety in workouts, weights/body weight/skill. Always a good sweat. :)
