Fantastic experience: I have a membership with Titan performance since beginning of this year. It is an excellent gym, with the most professional and knowledgeable PT's that I ever came across. I would recommend anyone who is looking for professional and welcoming environment.

Fantastic experience: Really professional set up with very knowledgeable staff focused on providing up-to-date, high quality strength and conditioning techniques underpinned by relevant academic research, that is suitable for all ages, sexes and body types, including basic movement competencies for children.

Fantastic experience: I joined Titan just over 2 years ago now after feeling quite unfit and not doing much exercise for a while. I started PT sessions with James who was brilliant at setting me up a fitness programme and helping me understand some new exercises I hadn’t done before. After 3 months of PT sessions, I went solo and this gym must be doing something right as I’m still there 2 years later, enjoying exercising. The gym itself is clean, and has all the equipment you’d expect, and the members and staff are all very friendly. I would highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I joined Titan Performance in mid January this year and started having one to one sessions with Joe. I have struggled with my weight for many years and had trouble the last 3 years with very bad pain daily in my hips, knees and lower back, i had spent over £3000 on physio in the last 2 years and was taking zappain, naproxen and codine every day and these were working less and less, as time went on, I was desperate to do something that might at least ease the constant pain I was in, little did I know that after only two and a half months of working with Joe and attending classes, the pains (and all pain meds) would be 95% gone. I couldn't have believed that in just this short time the effect would be so absolutely life changing for me. I was very nervous attending my first session but within minutes Joe put me at ease and then put me to work! Joe knew exactly what I needed to do and explained everything to me in a very patient way while knowing how to push me without going beyond my limitations. My physical and mental health are better than I can ever remember, I've gained a bit of confidence and so far have dropped 18.5kg, my strength and mobility has improved so much and so has my quality of life. I feel younger and happier than I have felt for many years and that's all thanks to Joe and Titan Performance. The classes are fantastic, all the staff and other gym goers are really friendly as is the whole gym environment. For anyone who is nervous about starting their fitness journey there is only one place to go.

Fantastic experience: My teenage daughter sustained a bad knee injury playing football earlier this year, I brought her to Titan for a trial PT session as she had lost alot of muscle strength in her knee and leg, confidence in herself and was scared to push herself in fear of hurting herself again and we didnt know how to help her ......this is where she met Joe, he was amazing with her from day one, his knowledge in managing her injury was fantastic, she trusted him straight away and started to build a great rapport with him (shes not a confident girl), she started to push herself more in the gym and on the pitch. She continues to love her PT sessions and fulfilled her dream of playing football at a higher level.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym 9 months ago and i was very nervous and lacking in confidence I knew I wanted to make big lifestyle changes but I didnt know where to start. I began PT sessions with Joe which have totally changed my life. Joe is a brilliant PT, his knowledge and patience are second to none. I am the fittest I have been in years, lifting weights I never thought I would lift and more importantly my health and quality of life have been massively improved.

James is my PT , he bespokes my session to my needs and encourages me to get the best possible outcome for my body and my mental wellness , James knows his stuff when it comes to fitness and nutrition which makes me feel confident in his abilities, we have a laugh ( mostly at his expense!) but it raises my self esteem and makes me feel brilliant for my day and week ahead. I would recommend James as a PT and Titan as a gym , its a great place to be.

Fantastic experience: I was staying locally for a few days and used Titan Performance for 3 days gym use. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the equipment is plentiful, modern and clean and the facilities are great - I used the shower after training. Everything I would expect from a modern gym delivering functional training. I wouldn’t use anywhere else if I’m travelling through again. Thanks Team Titan ☺️

Fantastic experience: I have never been a lover of the gym. Didn't know where to start, found it daunting. Titan has changed that! Everyone there is so welcoming and friendly. Fantastic experience: Always felt gyms were intimidating before going to Titan. I cannot recommend Joel highly enough his positive and friendly encouragement pushes you but never puts you off going back. He trains me, my husband and my son and caters for all our abilities and age ranges from 15 to 54. I can honestly say I don’t hate the gym any more and that’s due to Joel’s training schedule, patience and enthusiasm to help us get fit and remind us how far we have come. Thanks Joel and Titan.

Fantastic experience: Look, I had 2 months to prepare for the biggest rugby match of my career and I choose Titan. No regrets. Whilst you'll find support for all levels, I want to focus on the elite athlete side: Ben and all the professionals here have the experience and knowledge to get you that next percent, and the community feel helps massively with the motivation. For me the huge shift was embracing functional training and the amazing equipment they have here for that. Coffee at the coffee bar, a quick chat to some of the other athletes including a semi-pro snowboarder, ex-basketball player, etc and I was motivated to execute on the training plans and advice they will give you. Address imbalances, make your knees bullet proof, increase you vertical jump height and explosiveness, stabilisation, etc - they know what to do and you've got the space and equipment to do it. Late night sessions are super quiet if you want to grind things out alone. On top of this, you'll see world class rugby players in the car park on their way to play or train with Gloucester. Definitely inspiring. Lastly, they've got great connections to physio-therapists and sports massages, which were a game-changer in terms of recovery for me, and in particular Erin Caughey had rugby specific knowledge, which all adds to those incremental performance gains. Completely recommend this to serious athletes.

Fantastic experience: Titan is a home from home! I joined Titan in October to kick start my health and fitness journey after the pandemic gave me every excuse under the sun to eat as much as I wanted and doing as little as I wanted each day. Lisa could hear my anxiety of getting back into a gym environment on the phone and welcomed me with open arms ensuring the first few classes and sessions I felt welcome. Since then, I've been in Titan most days! The whole team make an effort getting to know all the members and ensure classes are regularly switched up to keep us all engaged and motivated. I can't recommend Titan enough, I've even got two family members joined up since October, even though they were signed up to other gyms! I can't wait to see how Titan grows and i'm so grateful I took the leap of faith to join with them.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Titan Performance since June 2021 and it has fast become one of my favourite places to visit. Titan doesn’t only offer a fantastic place to workout with state of the art equipment and classes for all. Titan also has a fantastic warmth and friendliness that is rarely found in gyms and healthcare centres anymore. The whole team are fun, professional and always eager to help and push you that little bit more. I have achieved so much more than I expected in the short time I have been attending, had a laugh whilst doing so and gained some new friends along the way! Titan Performance is really at the heart of Gloucester and I would urge anyone who wants to meet new people and get a little healthier to take a look, having a visiting barista also helps those early morning sessions. Fantastic experience: I have always disliked gyms and have consistently struggled to find the motivation to get through the front door. All this has changed since I joined Titan in August. The instructors, who are so knowledgeable and enthusiastic and gym members make going to the classes fun, motivating and all in a very friendly environment. Fantastic experience: What Ben and Lisa have achieved here is nothing short of incredible and creating a community at the same time is just so fantastic. I first tried out a class in the summer with no expectation of enjoying it and with no intention of joining. After 1 month I was joined as a member, attending classes 4x a week. The trainers are so knowledgeable and supportive and are very easy to approach for guidance which is so reassuring as a beginner! There is such a wide variety of classes with various timings to fit in with every lifestyle. I would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Titan, you’ve certainly changed my lifestyle!

Fantastic experience: Very nice and friendly atmosphere, nothing like big commercial gyms! Group exercise classes are challenging which is exactly what is needed! There is a good variety of classes to choose from, and also there is an option for a membership that includes PT sessions! Also gym is very clean! Going to Titan definitely boosts my mood, and helps with my physical and mental wellbeing :)

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say....I started my journey with Ben (and my PIC Katie) at Moorelands and I'm so glad I did! I can quite honestly say this is my favourite place to go when I need a friendly face to cheer me up, aside from my dog obviously! The whole team at Titan are so friendly and helpful and are able to adapt to my many ailments including recently spraining my back but sure enough James managed to find a way to get the session done for me which I quite honestly never thought I would be able to do. Big shout out to James for taking on me and Katie and always making our sessions fun but hard work too. The support team in particular Adam and Erin are amazing too. I always walk out of this place with a smile on my face and I cannot thank you all enough for being my second family:) This is the first time I have stuck with a gym for longer than 6 months. 2 years and still going strong! Basically get yourself down to Titan and sign yourself up, you won't regret it!!!

Fantastic experience: What Lisa and Ben have achieved in Titan is absolutely incredible and they deserve more than 5 stars on a Google review in my opinion ;) If I am completely honest I have never enjoyed exercising before, but Titan has completely changed that for me. Before having my son, just over a year ago I did gentle bits here and there, but when Lisa and Ben opened the new Kingsholm gym I thought I’d give it a go. Never in a million years did I think I’d be this dedicated and actually look forward to exercising. The classes for me are amazing, hard of course, but AMAZING. The trainers are so knowledgeable, professional, but also friendly, warm and make you feel part of the team as soon as you walk through that door. I am thankful for the Titan team for not only helping me physically, but also mentally and completely changing my mind set when it comes to exercise.

Fantastic experience: I’m so proud of Ben and Lisa and what they have achieved with Titan Performance. I joined Titan in February 2017, doing PT with Ben and bootcamps at Morelands. After a few years break to focus on having a baby, I rejoined as a member at the new facility in October this year. It’s so refreshing to join a gym where all the members are supportive and friendly and the trainers make the classes varied and fun. Titan performance has given me the confidence to try a range of classes I would never normally do. Fantastic experience: I have been a member from July 2021, before this I was someone who never had the confidence to go to a gym. This is the first gym I have been to and it’s amazing and the staff are really friendly. I love doing Pilates Classes and Russell, on my first time in his class I was so worried but he made me feel like I have been there before and taking the time to give you advice or moves you could do at home. I would definitely recommend doing his class! My PT James is amazing, he is enthusiastic, motivational and encouraging. James brings so much positive energy that is infectious. He is really helped me to find my confidence at the gym, before I wouldn’t think about doing a session on my own, however with the personal gym plans he has created and with all his positive encouragement I am at the stage where I am going on my own. Thank you James ☺️ Wouldn’t dream of giving anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Gloucester's best kept secret! Tried every local commercial gym over the years and never felt comfortable enough to stick at any of them. From day one the staff here have always been exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly and know your name immediately. They will always help you with anything if you need it without any pressure at all to become a PT client. Its a very welcoming community where everyone knows everyone and that's why I've been so committed for a good number of months now.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Titan Performance since July 2021. Before this I was a complete gym-phobe and was incredibly nervous about joining a new gym. This is the first and only gym I have ever gone to and actually enjoyed the experience/environment. The classes and instructors are fantastic and cater for all abilities. Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a gym for 4 years and after the lock down I put on weight, lost my strength and had no motivation what so ever. I wanted to go to a gym but didn’t have the power to go and join…but after meeting Ben and Lisa, they helped me to get my head back on track and have the will power to get started. Fantastic experience: Just - wow! Moved to the area in the Summer. Titan has such a community feel and everyone really IS friendly. All staff are very helpful and it is a lovely place to be. Great PT set up along with an awesome mix of classes spread through the week to suit most lifestyles of life / work / family balance. The staff are welcoming and encouraging. A wonderful atmosphere, this is the best gym and I am proud to be part of it!

Positive experience: Since I have started training at Titan now for four month, every single workout has been enjoyable from the very start. Since moving away from DW/Everlast with my PT Drew, I was originally very apprehensive about moving to a smaller gym with less equipment. However, the warm welcoming atmosphere while making a financial saving is worth every penny! The facilities are top notch especially for a gym given the space available. Only thing I'd like to see is a climbing frame at the top end of the track, with some more bumper weights. As looking to improve my functional strength and badminton, the areas and the treadmills are seeing some fantastic progress far quicker than in my previous environment. Every staff member, is always welcome for a chat, super friendly with some great tunes on the system! Thank you Titan, you are a breath of fresh air

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Titan for a short period of time & I can already see the positive changes it has had on my physical & mental health. Titan has such a community feel & everybody wants to see everyone succeed. I have been training with Joel & he is such an enthusiastic, motivational & professional personal trainer. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of several gyms in the local area and Titan feels like the friendliest yet, I’ve only been for a taster session so far but I couldn’t wait to tell my partner how good it was. So much so we’ve now both joined and are excited to get started with the team, my partner was nervous and wary of a gym environment but she felt comfortable, safe and in the right hands at her induction and has booked onto several sessions already. Nice one Lisa and team. Ps, regular visits from Stimulatte Coffee van make it even better. It feels good to support local businesses.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Titan for over 3 years now and this gym is like no other. Even with their new expansion, their customer service and attention to detail has never changed. From having regular PT sessions to just attending their amazing and varied classes, I am still able to contact Titan when needed to ask any fitness questions I have. Even whilst pregnant, my PT gave me regular safe exercises to try at home and advice on nutrition when I needed it (their knowledge in general is incredible). This gym is not clicky or full of show offs, it’s a lovely and reasonable priced gym to go to and have time for you with NO judgement or pressure (as a new Mum this is so important). I’m so thankful to have found Titan and grateful for all their help over the years with my weight loss and the huge improvements of my fitness levels. Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: My son Riley age 15 has recently started to attend Titan and was immediately made to feel so welcome and at ease from the moment he joined. Even though I haven’t actually been in myself, I still feel part of it all. For that I thank Lisa who has been wonderful when communicating with me over messaging and the whole team have been simply amazing with Riley in the gym. Titan gym isn’t the closest to our home, but the reason we joined in the first instance and why we’ve stayed on were the sports pilates sessions. We absolutely made the best decision as Russell is fantastic. His sessions have helped him with his balance and co/ord through a growth spurt and he is getting so much out of his PT sessions with James. James’ sessions are so well planned out and absolutely on point with what Riley needs for his physical development at his age. Fantastic experience: Having recently returned to Gloucestershire, I needed to find a gym where I would feel confident, comfortable and part of a community. Titan gym ticked all the boxes. From the very first day, Lisa and Ben made me feel so welcome, no question was too silly and I have felt my confidence growing and my fitness improving. Fantastic experience: I have been training at Titan since March 2016, and there is so much I can say about the place. It is by far one of the best gyms I have ever attended. From the moment you step foot in the door you feel welcomed, relaxed and at ease. The equipment is just what you need and not overwhelming and the facilities are top notch! The trainers really do know there stuff when it comes to fitness and nutrition. I have been having PT sessions with Ben for over 5yrs, I’ve had some great achievements, and learnt so much about my body & mind and whilst I took some time out to have my daughter, Ben and the Team continued to support me. My love for fitness has massively grown, it’s more of a “I want to do it” instead of a “I have to do it” attitude!! I attend the classes too and James & Joel always make the classes fun and you defo feel like you’ve done a really good workout after!! Ben and Lisa have been on an incredible journey to get Titan to where it is today, and the journey still continues and I look forward to seeing what they have planned next! :-) Titan isn’t just a gym, it’s a place to go to get results, learn new things and best of all make new friends. Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Titan Performance for 18 months. I also receive personal training twice a week. The staff and community are nothing short of fantastic. The new facility is spectacular. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is keen on achieving their fitness goals and have the strong support network to support them in their journey. Now at a point where my nutritional education is on point, my fitness increased and my body finally back to a point where I am happy in myself. I have exceeded in my sport and achieved so much. Fantastic experience: Prior to joining Titan, I had no experience with free weights and frankly was quite intimidated by it. Joined Titan with the goal to improve my strength and, PT Joel has been very supportive and patient in that journey. After a month of training with him, I can definitely see improvements in my physical strength and personal well being. He always try to make the sessions interesting and dynamic but not too intense that you burnout. The gym itself has a pleasant atmosphere with all the equipment and facilities you need. If you are an absolute beginner with weight training, it's worth contacting Lisa from Titan.
