Fantastic experience: I have never been the fittest or sportiest person, and find the usual gym atmosphere quite intimidating, but I have always felt comfortable at Hawke Fitness. You are encouraged to work at your own level, with weights and exercises scaled to your own abilities. Any improvements made are recognised and encouraged. This is the only exercise class I have consistently returned to and enjoyed! Thank you Hawke Fitness!
Fantastic experience: After 2 c-sections in under 2 years, poor conditioning, weight gain and lack of motivation to change something had to give! I knew I needed a group exercise environment to keep me engaged! I can honestly say in less than 4 months into joining Hawke Fitness I feel stronger and fitter both physically and mentally! Kyra, Jay and the people of Hawke fitness have made me feel so welcome and supported. Improvements are celebrated no matter how big or small. You are always motivated and encouraged to be your best! Kyra is fantastic at scaling and progressing each exercise within the workouts, for people of all different abilities, with various health conditions and injuries. There will always be an alternative exercise or regressed version you can do! I highly recommend joining Hawke fitness! :)
Fantastic experience: The best fitness classes around! I joined back in January and attend 2 classes per week. Kyra and Jay are great coaches, making each class different and adapting to suit your needs if necessary.
Fantastic experience: Wow! What a community Kyra and Jay have created. Feel very lucky to be part of something so incredible. I cannot believe how far I've come personally, I'd have never imagined functional fitness becoming such an important part of my life. The support from the coaches and people around in class has been something so special. Everything is scalable and accessible for all, its been lovely to see how far I've come myself aswell as watching everyone around me progress and thrive.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely in love with Hawke Fitness classes I’ve tried many classes and groups prior to this and nothing has kept me coming back until this!! I’m not the fitted person and didn’t think this style of exercise was for me but defo found my thing with the help of Hawke fitness Thanks guys
Fantastic experience: I joined Hawke Fitness exactly a year ago starting with 1 class per week after having my first baby and not exercising for years prior. I was really nervous to attend my first session and worried about how unfit I was, but I didn't need to be - Kyra and the members were all so welcoming and supportive. That soon turned into 2 sessions a week and now 4/5 per week. Kyra and Jay make the classes so fun and inclusive, its like a little fitness community and gets super addictive. In the year I've been with Hawke Fitness, I've never taken a week off - thats how addictive it is. Its amazing how fast your strength, fitness and ability increases in such a short amount of time. You see a move and think you'll never be able to do that certain move and then in no time at all, you're doing it! Kyra is brilliant at tailoring movements for different abilities, starting from complete beginners to pushing us as we get stronger and fitter. The classes are fun, challenging and varied - we have never done the same class twice! I'm now 20 weeks pregnant and have continued my 4/5 classes a week throughout with the guidance and support of Kyra. Kyra is great at guiding me and making adaptations as I progress through my pregnancy. The plan is to continue with the sessions for my entire pregnancy. The classes have already made a huge difference to my pregnancy compared to my last where I wasn't working out with Hawke Fitness and I owe that to Kyra and Jay! My boyfriend also joined the Hawke Fitness group 4 months ago and is just as addicted as I am, attending 4/5 sessions a week also. He also really enjoys the classes and has been guided by Kyra and Jay into doing his first ever crossfit competition - something he never would have considered prior to joining Hawke Fitness. If you're looking for a new exercise class, don't hesitate to join Hawke Fitness! You will not regret it!
Fantastic experience: Really recommend Hawke Fitness. I have been attending for about 2 months and already feel fitter and stronger! Kyra makes you feel so welcome and is very supportive! Each session is different with new challenges! Great fun :)
Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Hawke Fitness enough! I’ve been attending twice weekly for about a year and Kyra is just an awesome coach- friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and encouraging- you feel in safe hands with her from the very first session. What I love is the beginner-focus to the classes- you will never be made to feel like you don’t belong- every exercise and movement, Kyra will gauge your strength and fitness level to make it work for you- and in time, you’ll find yourself lifting weights and doing movements you never thought you were capable of! The community that has developed with Hawke Fitness is a group of women (and growing numbers of men) who are kind, positive and supportive. It feels a very safe and welcoming environment to work out it- all ages, all shapes and sizes and levels of fitness. I love as well that I can bring my children to the classes if I need to- my toddler loves watching Mummy getting strong! If you were ever considering joining a fitness class and were on the fence- don’t hesitate to give Hawke a try! I’m a stronger, fitter and happier person for it!
Fantastic experience: The best! Welcoming, friendly, adapted to all abilities. Kyra and jay have helped to me to build so much confidence and push my boundaries in a healthy way. Each class is different and always fun! They help to build strength and cardio fitness. Couldn’t love it more!
