Fantastic experience: Amazing gym...definitely one of the very few places you can really train for strongman/woman, powerlifting, bodybuilding. The owner is a top lad will definitely look after you. Family friendly.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best gym I've had the pleasure of attending. Five quid for the day pass, what does that get you? Five squat bars, three monos and three comp benches. Never seen a gym this well equipped before and never seen this high a density of amazing athletes. Stick your puregym.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had my first powerlifting competition at this gym. The lads took me in like their own. We have everything you need, 3 monolifts, lots of specialty bars for both strongman and powerlifting, strongman equipment but also very old school machines and dumbbells for those who are much more interested in other types of physical activity. It’s one of the best places, full of strong people.
