3 years ago Fantastic experience: My daughter has been using the hydrotherapy pool after a leg injury. Her fitness has been improved greatly since attending tune up. Would highly recommend anyone getting back into fitness to try this place out.
4 years ago Fantastic experience: I've been going to Malkie at Tune Up Fitness now for a while. He's an excellent fitness coach and always strives to ensure that I leave the gym feeling accomplished by setting realistic and positive goals for me to achieve. I'm seeing results now after previously struggling to motivate myself on my own! The set up at the gym is great and the endless pool is a unique addition and definitely worth trying! Highly recommend!
