Fantastic experience: What a fantastic private gym to train at. All the trainers are very friendly and make you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. I myself train with Christian who always delivers a great session, from nutritional knowledge to the best techniques in exercises. He always pushes me to the limit even when I think I’m done. I would definitely recommend PT Hale to anyone who is wanting to get fit and healthy.

Fantastic experience: I have trained with Christian for many years. He is reliable, knowledgeable and able to tailor sessions to my needs. He has constantly pushed me to exceed my expectations of myself and I am fitter and stronger as a result. The facilities are excellent and the team is friendly and welcoming. Fantastic experience: First-rate personal training. I have trained with Christian for years now and always received excellent input, guidance and care - personally tailored and regularly adjusted programmes which keep things feeling fresh and continue to deliver results. Friendly atmosphere and great gym and equipment too.
