Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Murray PT. I’ve been training with Murray for the last 5 months and I’ve noticed a massive difference in my strength, recovery and posture (which I didn’t know was an issue). I feel fitter and can see changes to my shoulders, chest and back. Friends and family have also noticed a big improvement.

Fantastic experience: Been with Murray since January and it’s been so worth it, I’ve made a lot of progress both mentally and physically. Murray is really knowledgeable and will explain your program to you and answer any questions you have. He’s a PT with the qualifications to show for it which means he tailors to the program specifically to your goals and your body, such as focussing on resolving muscle imbalances, rather than just going for a one size fits all approach. Highly recommend him to anyone thinking of hiring a personal trainer.
Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Murray as a PT highly enough. The progress and results I’ve seen over the seven months I have been under his guidance continue to impress me. I’ve lost over 26lbs, regained muscle, improved my posture, and most importantly my confidence in the gym. I chose Murray as I had a historic shoulder injury that caused me to lose confidence in the gym and put on a lot of weight. My mind was put at ease from our first meeting. His knowledge of the body and ability to identify muscle imbalances is excellent. He took time to understand my body, goals, and limitations and set up a tailored plan. He regularly freshens the program to keep challenging me. He encourages me to achieve the goals that I've set and keeps me accountable. He is always on hand to advise on nutrition or anything you want to discuss. You won't regret choosing to work with Murray to help guide you to a healthier, happier version of yourself.
Fantastic experience: Murray was an absolute godsend for me! My posture was terrible. I started working with Murray and within 5 weeks my posture was corrected, no more back, neck & shoulder pain. He also helped me gain the confidence I needed to step out my comfort zone & try new machines & workouts! His classes were great also. He kept me well informed & communication was brilliant. I have a tendency to chat a little too much but he didn’t let me slack! He kept me focused on my goals & when I seen my body shape changing I was delighted. Would highly recommended Murray as a PT.
Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 weeks on my own and look at that down 8LBS!! If that don’t speak volumes then I don’t know what does & you know this is only possible because of you , credit where credit is due! And it’s way overdue! i appreciate how you have went out your way to help me , i will be forever grateful for all your encouragement & support you have shown me over the last three weeks, and if anyone is looking for a trustworthy PT then he’s your man !! 100% outstanding just look at my results 8LBS down in 3 WEEKS !! Fantastic experience: I was having issues with mobility, joint pain and weight gain due to the menopause. Murray helped me to move and feel better. My balance, strength and confidence have all grown thanks to Murray’s training, patience and support. The fact I’ve lost an inch from everywhere is an added bonus.

Fantastic experience: I'd been thinking about consulting a PT for a while - menopausal muscle loss is not for the fainthearted and clearly it's not going to improve with age! I was worried that a PT might not be interested in working with someone who is never going to make the Olympic squad but Murray has exceeded my expectations. He has designed a programme that meets my needs and capabilities perfectly. He is incredibly encouraging and although it's early days, I trust him to help me get stronger and fitter. Plus his sessions are a lot of fun!

Fantastic experience: After only 2 months training with Murray I would highly recommend him as a PT to anyone. I have seen massive gains in my performance in all 3 of the highly personalised programmes he made to fit my personal goals and to help improve my weaknesses. Most importantly for me is I have been able to learn how to use so much more of the equipment that is available at the gym which before I wouldn’t attempt myself out of the fear of doing the completely wrong form! This has all massively helped improve my other gym sessions throughout the week so that the PT session does feel like a lot more than just your one on one hours each week! Overall he is very knowledgeable and has also helped me improve my posture which I had no idea would also be achieved on top of everything else. Thanks for everything Murray and looking forward to what can be achieved in the next few months!

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Murray now for two months and the difference I feel in my posture, strength and confidence is amazing. I am 55, never lifted weights nor would I ever dream of working out next to powerlifters. Fantastic experience: I have piled on a lot of weight with lockdown and working from home. I decided to take the plunge and go to the community fitness class led by Murray. I have been going for about a month and that is the longest I have stuck to any type of exercise class. The class is challenging but I have enjoyed it. Murray is extremely knowledgeable and is enthusiastic about ensuring that you work hard and get the results you want. Anyone that’s thinking about trying it I would encourage you to go for it. I only wish I had done this sooner. I would highly recommend MW Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I have recently started going to the Bootcamp sessions and have found that every ability is catered for, Murray is more than happy to offer alternatives when I have really struggled. The groups have been friendly and welcoming which has been great as I was so nervous about going along. The sessions are professionally and safely conducted along with plenty of encouragement. I highly recommend MW Fitness to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Murray is a great trainer. He is patient and really listens to you.I have rheumatoid arthritis and Murray is able to prepare gentle exercise that I can do enabling me to make progress and strengthen my muscles at a slow pace avoiding any damage to my joints. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I have completed my first 3 weeks of MW fitness bootcamp. I am already seeing the results. I feel stronger, have more energy and I am even sleeping better. The boot camps are friendly and inclusive. Murray closely monitors your technique and encourages you to work at your own level whilst providing endless motivation. I have seen the classes running for months and finally plucked up the courage to join - I wish I had done it sooner!

Fantastic experience: Me and my husband have attended Murrays bootcamp for almost a year now, we feel much stronger and can definitely see the results, Murray is very knowledgeable about what exercises we need to work different parts of the body. Excellent class with a great people attending.

Fantastic experience: Anyone looking for a fitness class or PT around coatbridge or airdrie give murray MW - Fitness a shout! Hes only been my PT for 4 weeks, but hes so positive and upbeat, i cant wait to see were ill be in a couple of weeks!!! 8lb down and loving every minute of it!

Fantastic experience: Loving the Muscle Gaining Functional Training classes held on a Monday and Wednesday night. Although I have only been attending for a couple of weeks I can already feel the benefit in my posture and fitness. It’s lovely to be in such a nice, friendly and welcoming group. Murray is an excellent trainer, very professional and a great motivator. Would highly recommend these classes for every level of fitness.
