Fantastic experience: At first I was all thoughts for it being only male gym but little did I know ALOT of women train there too! I’m so glad I joined, second I walked in I felt welcome and that still continues each and every time, never feel on edge of others watching me when training as that was something I were worried about and on top of that the gym it self is brilliant! Lots of room upstairs and down, showers and changing rooms, never have to wait for a machine as there’s more than enough equipment to use which is a bonus. They also have food and refreshments which is a great way to end your session too! Currently be trained by Sant and he’s amazing and really pushes you to get the best of if your sessions so that’s another good thing that can be offered. Honestly best gym ever and would highly recommend to ANYONE 5 stars all day everyday

Fantastic experience: Great gym in the heart of Bilston. With great management by the owners Santino and Carlo Sellick. Got equipment for all training types and styles, so you can come and burn some fat on the cardio machines or gain some muscle in the weights room. A gym which is building for the future. Come down and have a look. All people welcome.

Fantastic experience: Been to a few gyms to try and lose a bit of body fat. Never really clicked with the gym not the people. I turned up to have a trial and I haven't left the owners to the customers are nice people. I recommend it to anyone
