Fantastic experience: Above and beyond. Firstly Zoe who answered my call and helped me with my inept use of their order system, and was a delight to talk to, thank you. Edward who stepped in when staff sent home and while out walking his dog, ahh the new Corona reality, went on the hunt for Olympic weight plates which are rare as hens teeth since the gym shut down. Wish all my suppliers were as friendly helpful and most importantly effective. Dumbbells delivered and are great Weight plates on their way. Thanks. Wish I needed more stuff!!

Fantastic experience: I don't usually write reviews, but had a great experience with these guys, so felt the need to. Initially, the machine that was delivered to me was damaged, but within 2 days, a replacement part was delivered so we could use it quickly. It's also worth mentioning that Zoe worked tirelessly to get hold of one of the machine we wanted, as they were out of stock everywhere else we looked. She was extremely proactive, friendly & helpful throughout the entire process & I would highly recommend them- I'll certainly be buying from them again. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: Edward & Robyn must have been up against it when they received a deluge of orders following the CV lockdown...of which myself & Josh were one. With the Nuffield gym shutting indefinitely, how would we survive without it lol. Anyway with the livechat support on a Sunday from Edward, & the follow up in the morning, we managed to place our order & received the training equipment a week later...just in time! A great site with some amazing gym equipment - check out those gold dumbells ... ideal for when I build my own gym in 2021. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t be happier with the service. I went in desperately in search of a gym mat for a Christmas present after I’d been let down from a big high street store after two weeks on order. Edward at gym.design couldn’t have been more helpful. He quickly identified the perfect mat (after I described what I was looking for) and because I was in a rush to get somewhere he called me back to confirm their supplier could send out direct on a next day service. Got me out of a hole for Christmas which was a massive stress relief. Amazing store!
