Fantastic experience: After a personal training session, I signed up for the 6 week challenge with Paul and Francesca at ECF. I had not exercised for about 6 years prior to signing up. My experience was brilliant. Supportive, encouragement, friendliness which immediately put me at ease. They made me achieve more than I thought I could. I attended their circuit blast class, which was good fun, good feel with no judgement, its all about getting the best out of you as a person. I felt comfortable and money can't buy that feeling. I've now signed up as member, good range of classes are on offer. If you want to get fit and have fun doing it - look no further!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of ECF for nearly 10 years & have benefited so much not just physically but mentally. Paul & Francesca are always determined to make you feel your best & reach your fitness/health goals, they’re extremely passionate about what they do & work all hours under the sun. Francesca’s nutrition plans are the best of the best, especially as you get to eat your favourite meals everyday & lose weight doing it. The ECF members are all very friendly, welcoming & always so supportive of each & everyone. I wouldn’t go anywhere else x

Fantastic experience: There genuinely isn’t anywhere else like ECF. Not for the faint hearted, but if you want to be pushed to your limits physically and mentally this is your place. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of a number of gyms over the years and have always remained at ECF. They are the best by far. Great range of classes, great staff and great atmosphere. Everyone very welcoming and is more like a small family unit.

Fantastic experience: I go to elite commando fitness Monday , Tuesday , Thursday , Saturday and Sunday . I would go more if I could . Never been challenged so much and never felt or looked better. Love seeing all the elite crew who have become good friends .
