Fantastic experience: I have had certain body goals for nearly 10 years. I have attempted to get in the gym over and over again with different personal trainers or by myself and I can never stick it out or get myself to consistently stick to a programme. Sam is so patient with me and my scatter brain, but had already helped me achieve so much more than I have ever been able to before. He is considerate but will apply tough love too. He is as committed to my body goals as I am and it makes all of the difference. I cannot wait to see where we are at this time in 6 months I could not recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: Having been a keen gym goer for the past 10+years, and having held multiple memberships at a lot of different gyms, I can easily say Arena Fit is head and shoulders above the rest . All the staff members, including the owner Sam, are very warm and welcoming, and always have the customer’s interests at heart. I couldn’t recommend this gym highly enough!

Really approachable and friendly staff, regular updates by the owner, Sam, and plenty of bootcamps to join and equipment to use. Very excited for the approved extension plans moving forward!

Fantastic experience: 21/10/23 this gym is literally the best! It’s a true family, everyone looks out for each other, encourages each other - all following the example as set by the training team. The PT’s are exceptional. It’s also the cleanest gym I’ve ever used! Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at ArenaFit for just under 5 months now. All of the equipment is well looked after and they have a thorough cleaning schedule. The gym caters for all lifter types, including absolute beginners to more experienced athletes/bodybuilders. Ego’s are left at the door when you enter and everyone is polite and looks out for each other which is not something you see at big commercial gyms. Good range of equipment - one of the best free weight sections of any non commercial gyms in the area. Prices are very competitive. Looking forward to the upcoming expansion and all the new equipment!

Fantastic experience: The best gym I have been to by far! I have been training for nearly 8 years now and been to multiple big chain gyms and Arenafit tops them all. The gym is always very clean, the trainers are incredible and the atmosphere is very friendly. The bootcamp are excellent, they cater for all abilities and the trainers really push you to get the best out of your workout. They also offer Shred courses which are very enjoyable and well thought out; never has 6am in the morning been so enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Best and most friendly gym I’ve been too. I was so nervous about getting back into fitness after having a baby and I was blown away by how welcome I was made to feel. I’ve lost a stone in the few months I’ve been back, the bootcamps are amazing and I ALWAYS look forward to coming! I wish I’d been braver and come back soon

Been coming here for a few years now and am six g to watch it grow-as it should with such incredible staff and members ! I train at the bootcamps and no 2 are ever the same-such variety. Fantastic experience: Sam had really helped me regain confidence in myself after years of neglecting my body. He worked with me to create an appropriate training plan for my needs, and helped me work towards my goals of total body strength, with an aim to pick up where I left off with calisthenic training. Since starting at Arenafit in December I’ve lost 5in from my waist, and I’m feeling stronger every day. He operates a well run gym with extremely competitive pricing - but no compromise on decent equipment. There are always friendly staff around to offer training tips if you ever need too. Cheers Sam!

Fantastic experience: What a little gem of a gym! Everything you need in a friendly, caring environment. Boot camps at perfect times in the day, space for you to do you own thing and times for teens to learn how to use the gym under the close eye of the team. Fantastic experience: What I recommend about arena fit is that your made to feel welcome at anytime all the time, I’ve been going to arena fit for a long time now and I can honestly say it’s somewhere I can come and forget about anything, get on with my work out talk to the staff and enjoy it. You have so much freedom down there, it’s helped me and still is to get through times and going there helps that for me. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Sam and the team foster a friendly, encouraging spirit of team work and support for everyone in the boot camps that I go to and all customers take this spirit on with the result that each session is a real pleasure for people of all abilities. if you’re thinking of getting fitter but lack the confidence to join a gym i would strongly urge you to visit as I know from experience how the team puts everyone at ease and can tailor programmes to suit all. 100% recommended.

Fantastic experience: You won’t find a better gym than ArenaFit. I love that there is such a mix of people there and there’s really something for everyone. All the trainers are personable and approachable whilst really knowing their stuff. The bootcamps are always different and really fun! Fantastic experience: LOVE THIS GYM!!!! I have been a member of this gym now for a while. The staff are friendly and very supportive. I have been experiencing Sam Taylor's new work out app for the last 6 weeks and I've already noticed a difference in my stamina, weight and overall wellbeing. The app is extremely easy to use. One of the highlights for me is that each exercise has got an video showing how to do it. I found that incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend Sam's program to anyone. He is very knowledgeable and supportive. I am so glad, I signed up! I really enjoy it. The workout really well planned, I feel challenged and definitely more focused at the gym. So thank you Sam, I am having fun while I work out. :)

Fantastic experience: After a fair few years of absence from Gym life, ArenaFit is the perfect solution to my fitness needs. It’s a friendly, welcoming place that has fantastic boot camps with instructors that are knowledgeable & encouraging and adapt classes to suit individual needs. In addition to the classes is the superb gym furnished with excellent, modern equipment. The place is immaculately clean. I would most definitely recommend to all levels of gym goers.

It has everything you need and offers a variety of classes to suit your needs. I always feel super comfortable and that I can always ask for help which is so important. I had the privilege of working at ArenaFit for a short time after qualifying as a PT and being in such a supportive environment really helped with my confidence which I am hugely grateful for. They have quality personal trainers that genuinely care about their clients. They're there to personally get to know you, and go above and beyond to help push you in the right way to achieve your goals. This is a private gym that feels more personal than you average run of the mill 'franchise' gym, where you'll always look forward to walking through the doors and feel amazing every time you leave.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever had membership with. They have realistic prices with no hidden costs. The team are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and offered great support during lock down. They're very friendly and make an effort to know your name and also say hello. They have a smart way of managing the number of people in the gym at any one time so it's never over crowded. The boot camps are great and well put together and you get access to them as part of your membership so no hidden costs. Top notch equipment that's well maintained and presented. Other members are very friendly and respectful too so all in all its a great place to go. The only down side is the farm shop opposite does great food which you can smell when you're working out which has lead me to the occasional full English after a Saturday morning boot camp ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Such a welcoming, friendly, supportive and professional gym. I haven’t been a member for very long and joined shortly after moving to the area, but was instantly made to feel welcome by both the friendly staff and the other members. The team really look after their members and always go that extra mile to offer guidance and support which has made me feel like a valued member rather than just another person on their books. It’s also a fun place to go and I particularly enjoy the bootcamps. Standards of cleanliness are really high too so I’ve had no hesitations in returning after lockdown.

Fantastic experience: I joined Arena Fit around six months ago, I travel a lot with my job and was looking for a gym membership that didn't have a tie in contract. Sam facilitated all my requests and made joining so easy. The gym is intimate but feels roomie and has everything you need for a thorough workout, from treadmills, rowing machines and spin bikes for cardio needs and resistance machines, cable crossover machine, free weights, benches, barbells, EZ bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, drop bags, ropes and more. Arena Fit also offers (CoVid safe) outdoor, bootcamp sessions which are very popular. The gym is kept incredibly clean and the instructors regularly sanitise equipment, doors and floors. The staff are friendly and personable and seem to know most, if not all members on a first name basis. The instructors also offer 121 personal training sessions at very reasonable rates. Overall ArenaFit is WELL worth the membership, and you can be happy in the knowledge that you're supporting a fantastic, independent, local business. 5 ENTUSIASTIC stars! Top job Sam and Co

Fantastic experience: LOVE THIS GYM!!! I have been a member of this gym now for a while. The trainers are very dedicated, friendly and focused. They are always on hand to lend some advice or spot you on the racks if attending alone. The equipment is all very new and well looked after. Most of the gym users are spot on too.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to ArenaFit for just under two years now and would highly recommend them to anyone. Sam and his team make a real effort to keep the gym as welcoming (and clean!) as possible. I've asked Sam for advice a few times and he has always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had to wait to use any equipment and there's a good selection with more being added all of the time. Parking is never an issue and the location is so convenient.

Fantastic experience: Signed up a few months ago and really impressed. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and fun. The place is immaculate... cleaned almost hourly and any issues the owners and staff fix it pretty much instantly. Great vibe and equipment - everything for everyone. Strength, cardio, functional fitness, Olympic lifting etc etc. 100% recommend. really enjoy it.

Since taking over the facility he has updated it to be an arena of cutting edge equipment that is carefully selected to enable members to reach their peak fitness. Fantastic experience: Loving what Sam and the team are doing with the new facility. I joined when it opened early this year to help kick start my new year fitness regime.
