Fantastic experience: Hidden gem of a gym so handy to Lisburn/Malone Roads. No fuss, low key environment with a huge amount of equipment packed in. Still new so never overcrowded. Jake is a professional, understands rehab, strength and movement and great with building programmes. Highly recommended

His classes are very small and so a lot of individual attention is given to each client. My son feels very supported and motivated by Jake and he is already seeing positive results in his strength and agility. I am looking forward to signing up with ONYX myself.
