Fantastic experience: I have been a member at the works for a year now and absolutely love the place ❤️ I remember my very first session...Anxiety kicked in but everybody made me feel so welcome ❤️I had had a little time out from training properly due to injuries. I was really worried about my injuries( I have a lot lol) but Patrick always adapts the exercises for me and gives me that push that I need. The classes are so much fun even at 6am bright & early. My favourite place to train with the most amazing people ❤️

Fantastic experience: The Works Monton really is the best! I joined 4 months ago and have never experienced being so consistent at a gym...the people and the community they have created is amazing. The classes are tough...but fun! Waking up for a 6am class sets you up for the day and feels like you are going to meet friends ...and get one heck of a workout too! Game changer of a gym!

Fantastic experience: I joined the works 12 months ago, I did a trial session and then signed up for the class pass. The gym is super friendly and a complete mix of abilities. The sense of community there is amazing, they really have done a great job in making everyone feel welcome and part of the family, not to mention keeping us all fit and healthy :)

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout. Really chilled but Patrick pushes you so much harder than you would in the gym on your own. Sessions are always varied and fun and usually hurt. You’ll feel great an hour later though

Fantastic experience: Since joining The Works last August, not only have I been put through my paces with Patrick’s crazy workouts, but I’ve made so many lovely friends. The Works isn’t just a gym, it’s a community. A community that I’m incredibly proud to be part of!
