Fantastic experience: I have been enjoying a fitness journey for the past four years, and I’ve finally found a place where I can truly stick with it. Unlike previous experiences at other gyms, the exercise classes here are fun and engaging. They not only keep me active but also provide wonderful opportunities to socialize and get to know my local community. The atmosphere and sense of connection are truly brilliant!

Fantastic experience: I joined Feel Good Fitness when I was in a rut and couldn’t stick to any type of exercise for long. I felt very unconfident back then and couldn’t have asked for a better team to join. The other members are welcoming and friendly, creating a warm, fun, non-judgmental atmosphere in which to workout. All of the coaches, but particularly Adem, are incredibly supportive and they are always available with advice on fitness, diet or general well being. They will encourage you to keep challenging yourself and help to keep you accountable. The class programme across a week offers a flexible blend or strength, resistance and cardio training. Feel Good Fitness has transformed my approach to exercise and looking after my body. They must be doing something right, as I’m still coming regularly after 7 years!

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t worked out for over 10 years and wanted to get fitter and healthier but always hated going to the gym. I came across Feel Good Fitness and pushed myself out of my comfort zone to try something different and I’m so glad I did! I’ve found a programme that actually works with a friendly and supportive team that make you feel so welcome. It’s been 4 months and I’m almost at my goal weight. Fantastic experience: I needed something different from the gym. I wasn’t really making any progress, and my motivation levels were dropping. My eating habits were bad. I needed something different. Feel Good Fitness came highly recommended. Having spoken with Adem the owner, I decided to join up. It’s not just all about group exercise! He has an App where there is a so much information about ways to exercise and nutritional advice. During the group exercise (which are NOT boot camp style), Adem and his team are very supportive. They will advice and correct the way you exercise. They are approachable, non-judgemental and always happy to help. They are really good at making you workout without you realising your pushing to your limits. Having been with them for 3 months, I have now managed to lose some weight, seen my body shape and tone improved, got my motivation back and gained more confidence.

Fantastic experience: I had joined the group for a year, and it was one of the best things I did for myself. I had tried to join gyms many times with no success, but joining this group helped me to start my fitness journey. Fantastic experience: I've always done some kind of exercise and I eat pretty healthily too, but as I'm getting older, I seem to be putting weight on and feeling more sluggish. It's a vicious circle, that I knew I had to do something about, but I felt stuck because little changes here and there weren't having any impact, whereas they had worked well for me in the past. I decided to give Feel Good Fitness N14 a try (having looked around at a few options) by signing up for their 6-week challenge. And it has been a real revelation for me. Not in an immediate, dramatic way, but in introducing me to a mindset change. To change things in the longterm, you have to change your behaviour for the longterm. Adem and his team have really helped me on this journey. They are passionate about what they do, and are motivated by helping people like me to become healthier, more toned and fitter. Not overnight (of course), but little by little and 7 weeks in, I'm really starting to see and feel the results. The flexibility of the classes is fantastic - early morning (which suits me and removes any end-of-the-day excuses), or early evening and Saturday morning. You can always get a place and the gym is lovely and spacious. And the classes have a friendly, no-nonsense vibe, a total mix of ages, with no egos in sight. And Adem is always on hand to give you encouragement, information, motivation - whatever you need to keep on track. I've become strangely addicted to the 6.10am classes - it's great to start the day in such a positive way. I'd recommend anyone who is prepared to put some effort into getting themselves into shape to give it a try.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had been looking for a decent gym option since moving to the area and really struggled until we found Feel Good Fitness. Everything else we tried was either sub par instructors or difficult to book classes, unclean venues etc. Here with Adem and team, we’ve enjoyed the unlimited classes (and you can always get a space!), varied strength work outs, convenient scheduling, very friendly clients, free parking and great instructors. There are people in the group that have been coming for years so that tells you everything you need to know. I’d also flag that the group has mixed abilities and there are options for all exercises, so no matter what your fitness level or age, you will get a great workout that is great for you. Highly recommend as the only good option in the area. Adem offers you your first two trial classes for free, so there really is no reason not to give it a go.

Fantastic experience: Feel Good Fitness has been a saviour for me for the last 4 months. Menopause has changed my body and mental health. I became depressed and felt fat. Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Feel Good Fitness for a year now and this is the longest time I've stuck to any fitness routine! The classes fit in well to a busy work-life schedule and are so friendly and supportive that it never feels like a chore. The coaches are all fantastic and always keen to help. Fantastic experience: I used to find it difficult to fit meaningful exercise into my life, but the early morning classes really suit me and there’s a good choice of sessions later in the day too. The classes vary so there’s no chance of getting bored and the trainers are all friendly, supportive and encouraging You quickly notice your own progress - I am so much stronger and fitter than when I first started. A real bonus is how welcoming everyone is - you’re working out with a great group of people.

Fantastic experience: I finally found a place where I enjoy training. I was shy and anxious to start off with but from the first day I felt comfortable with such a great team. Everyone is so friendly. Strength training has really helped and I've got stronger and stronger. Trainers are constantly helping and guiding. Def best training experience I've had.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from high blood pressure and diabetes and struggling to walk up and down stairs. On seeing a 6 week trial run at feel good fitness I thought let me just do 6 weeks . A year and a half later I’m still here. On joining I was amazed at how much I could achieve with the motivation from the trainers and all the other member of the group. I feel more fit, energetic and younger , blood pressure is controlled and I can run up and down stairs . Every now and again I still think I can do it by myself now but I can’t , There is something so motivational about exercising with the group and the trainers push you to your limits and show you what you can actually achieve . It’s really like a biggest loser camp but it’s here in Southgate.

Fantastic experience: I had a huge surgery and I knew that I was at level zero for my fitness, always feeling breathless, could not move my body and feeling awfull. I saw the FGF advert on Facebook, then decided to try it out as I previously joined a local gym but didn't work for me. Feel Good Fitness trainers, Adem and James, are what I needed in terms of motivation and achievement of my fitness goals. It has been nearly a year since I joined, wow i'm so proud of my fitness level, the strength and confidence I have gained, and at times I don't believe this is me but it is me ( bear in mind that I could not do any push ups and now I can) . Fantastic experience: After completely loosing my confidence to get back in the gym after 2 kids, I saw Feel Good Fitness advertising and thought I’d click through. Adem called me and explained how it all worked and instantly made me feel comfortable. I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and all the team and other members have been really supportive and have made the 6.10am classes much easier! The group sessions without the pressure of being in a gym are exactly what I needed as well as the support Adem gives you when needed. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I've been going for about 5 months now. I have always struggled with motivation to exercise on my own, in particular with strength training, so these classes have been absolutely brilliant. I especially like that Adem holds you accountable, checking in if he sees a dip in your attendance (these alone motivate me to book my next session). The sessions are varied, and change regularly to keep it interesting for you. It's a really lovely, supportive community compared with a going to a gym. The trainers are fab. I feel much stronger and have a general feeling of improved well-being. I have nothing but good things to say about Feel Good Fitness!

Fantastic experience: For years I felt that I have been overlooking my physical and mental well being caught up in juggling so many daily commitments across my job, family and kids. I felt always tired with no energy and overweight by 10kg. I did not like my body shape at all, which made me feel very self conscious. Several times I tried to do something about it by joining a gym, but it never worked! One month in and my motivation wore off due to the monotony of exercises, a lack of knowledge around work out planning and execution, a lack of guidance around the food intake required to support my fitness goal. The lack of visible results would then inevitably lead me to give up. Then, two months ago my other half suggested we tried the “Feel Good Fitness” classes, a decision that has proved to be a game changer! Since my first conversation with Adem I was impressed how detailed and complete his coaching approach was. A package that offered an ever changing work out routine, a variety of diet approaches that underpin your training and fitness goals, an outstanding level of expertise in the area, coupled with a superb accountability and motivational support system to help you when you most need it once you hit the hard times. I have found Adem and his team to be extremely professional, dedicated and passionate in what they do. Two months in and the results are tangible and impressive! I have lost 5kg so far with visible improvements on my body shape and muscle tone, which has positively impacted my self confidence, motivation and energy levels. Going to classes has become part of my routine and I always look forward to them.

Fantastic experience: After many years of yo-yo dieting, I was at rock bottom and had stopped believing I could ever get fit and lose the excess weight for good. With three kids and a full on career to juggle, finding the time to work out was really tough and no plan seemed to be designed with my lifestyle in mind. When I found Feel Good Fitness and had a chat with Adem, I discovered some hope. It’s been such a simple and supported process. Adem has been there every step of the way when I need him, and the classes in the early mornings mean I can fit the workouts into my lifestyle. In just a few weeks, I get stronger, and was well on the way to fitness - my clothes fit better and the weight it dropping. But, most importantly, the goal is not the numbers on the scale, but how I feel overall. It’s been amazing to have more energy and some more self esteem as I follow the programme and see tangible results. I would recommend feel Good Fitness to anyone who, like me, wants meaningful results that will last, rather than yet another fad. I never thought that just healthy eating and good exercise would be something I could stick to, but here I am loving the many changes and working the programme. Fantastic experience: I joined the FGF team back in March, I wanted to gain routine back into my life after working a job that didn't allow that. I was nervous about the group sessions but knew I needed to try something different since joining the gym never worked out. After speaking to Adem upon joining and seeing how the structure works, I could see why this would be a benefit to me. In just a few months, I am seeing a difference in myself and my eating habits. Sessions are fun to attend. The trainers are great, super friendly but also know when you need a little push! Overall experience has been great and worth taking a risk to try something new.

Fantastic experience: I started a few weeks ago after not having done much exercise for a couple of years! I was worried about attending as I had lost confidence! I highly recommend these guys, they’re super informative and guide you with each step. In two weeks I have shed some weight, managed to get back in to clothes that did not fit ☺️ all members are super friendly! Fantastic experience: I was reaching a point in my life where I knew I had to do something fitness wise. I’d been a member of a gym before but always struggled to keep motivated. I have now been a member of Feel Good Fitness for a number of years and I can honestly say it’s changed my life. The trainers are great and super helpful as well as knowledgeable. The other members are great and it’s really nice to be surrounded by like minded people. I have noticed a big change in my physical health and appearance and feel more confident. It’s also great for mental health and the stress of everyday life. Would definitely recommend joining for those who are looking to make a change in their life.

Fantastic experience: Love, love, love Feel Good Fitness! As someone who always avoided the gym or fitness classes for fear of not being as fit or strong as everyone else, I took the plunge and joined Feel Good Fitness and it the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. The trainers are great, knowledgeable and friendly and they make you feel at ease, whilst constantly challenging us to push ourselves “you’re stronger than you think” is often heard around the hall during the classes. All the other members are so lovely and friendly and it’s a real community, where no one is made to feel judged or self conscious. Everyone is made to feel welcome at Feel Good Fitness regardless of their size, age fitness level, gender or strength. If you’re thinking about joining, do it and join our lovely team…you and your body will thank you!

Fantastic experience: I put quite abit of weight on while being pregnant and lost alot of strength so decided it was time to do something about it. I joined the FGF group around a year ago now and really enjoy it and seen great changes to my body shape and weight in that time. I'm so very pleased and thankful to the FGF team and members. Never been a gym goer also done classes before and not continued going. I saw the advert for this group thought I'd try it out and liked it so much I've stayed. Every session there's something different, instructors are brilliant, friendly, helpful and great at keeping you motivated. Fantastic experience: The fact that I wake up at 5:45 looking forward to the session says it all... It's been three weeks and I already feel leaner, stronger and with more energy. The sessions are dynamic, engaging and push your limits making you feel accomplished. As a mother of two with hanging bits, the results are very motivating. There are plenty of sessions, so you don't have to wake up that early if you don't want to. Definitely recommend it!

Fantastic experience: After years of inconsistent self-guided sessions at my local gym with no results, I saw an ad on FB for FGF. I was a little nervous of something more structured but after a conversation with Adem the Coach, I was completely reassured. Eight years later I am fitter and stronger than I have ever been. Adem and James provide very professional guidance not just on exercise (adapting exercises to your fitness levels), but on general health, mobility and nutrition; it’s the compete package. The group is extremely friendly with a wide range of ages and abilities. Long continue Fitbit telling me my fitness is excellent for ‘a woman of my age’!

Fantastic experience: I joined FGF last November and I am extremely happy with my decision. I enjoy every single class. There’s a fantastic weekly schedule, so you can easily fit into your busy life. There is great variety so I’m never bored. It has really improved my physique. I feel fit healthy and toned. My knee pains and back pains have disappeared. The instructors are super and they do pay you individual attention. I have not been working out regularly for the last 15 years or so and this has really transformed me.

Fantastic experience: I joined the team around 8 years ago and what a difference I've seen in myself. I've always been active but these guys push you and motivate you to really achieve the goals you're wanting in a long term sustainable way. They offer a fantastic timetable with multiple classes a day and various types of sessions too. It's always nerve racking joining a fitness group initially but both the instructors and team members made me feel very welcome and its like one big family! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I joined Feel Good Fitness following a recommendation from a friend and I am so glad that I did. I have just completed the 6 week challenge. I have steered clear of muscle strengthening exercises in the past (despite being fully aware of their importance!). However since joining I have started to become more confident doing them, and have already started seeing the benefit in my fitness levels, strength, sleep and mood. Most the sessions I have attended have been run by Adem and I can say he is an AMAZING trainer and a lovely person. From the limited contact I have had with the other trainers, they are also brilliant and very friendly. I would 100% recommend Feel Good Fitness to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t done any form of training for 20 plus years, with Adem’s encouragement and help I took the plunge to join the 6 week challenge. What can I say other than it is well worth it, and I’m so glad I joined. I’m on week 5 and my fitness levels are rising, I’m feeling better in myself and I’ve lost 1/2 stone in that time already, look forward and love every session. The coaches are brilliant too, helping and guiding you every step of the way as well as helping and advising with your diet to get the best results. Lots of different types of sessions to choose from and you can go as many times as you like. Really enjoying it and will definitely keep going.

Fantastic experience: I was struggling with extra weight and the add about Adem and his team come up exactly at the right time. I contacted them and had a good chat with Adem about where I am and what my expectations would be. The trainers are friendly and have a lots of patience with any new person. I started to see results after the first month and not just on scale, but also mentally, I felt better about myself. They have early morning and evening classes. I am honestly very happy that I started this!

Fantastic experience: I decided to sign up for the feel good fitness boot camp as I’d lost some motivation for exercise and had put one some weight. I’m halfway through their 6 week programme and absolutely loving it! You can do as many classes as you want (which is 3 a week for me). No two classes have been the same which keeps it interesting! The PTs are enthusiastic and really supportive. The general vibe from the people that go to the classes is super friendly. The nutrition plan is totally doable. I hate being hungry but I really haven’t been. I’m delighted that I’ve lost 9lbs so far and my jeans aren’t cutting off my circulation any more Looking forward to seeing what I can achieve longer term with these guys.

Fantastic experience: I joined the 6 week program to get me started into a new year and it was the best but the most tiring 6 weeks ☺️. I gave everything, sweat, blood, and the results were astonishing. I have rediscovered my new muscle groups on my body again. As the exercises are mixed, they work the whole body, even the brain, the complexity of some exercises . Now I need to flex my brain too . I met great bunch of people/ beautiful souls. Thank you all. I had the most tiring but greatest exercise session since a long time. No pain no gain. Now I just need to keep it up again. But remember balanced food/ drink, sleep/rest, regular exercise is the magic trio ❤️

Fantastic experience: I joined FGF N14 six months ago and have been attending the 6.20 am classes. I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness levels no matter what their individual fitness level is. Every session has been carefully constructed to target specific areas and there are a variety of modifications depending on how much you want to be challenged. The service caters for everyone. It doesn’t matter if you are shy or feel awkward or even if you already have an above average fitness, there is room for all to attain their individual goals under the teams guidance. James is very knowledgable and has an excellent approach to people. He is always welcoming, motivating and professional. Aside of giving me lots of tips and encouragement during the classes, he has checked in with me on a regular basis to ensure I maintain my confidence and consistency. His advice has also helped me manage old injuries and improve weak areas so I can safely progress through sessions. The WhatsApp groups are always alive with more fitness and nutritional support too. There are also social meet ups which always sound like a lot of fun and are well attended which I think shows how well FGF N14 know their clients. There is nothing pretentious or misleading about the service, it does exactly what it says, makes you feel good through fitness!

Fantastic experience: I always loved sport and I tried to work out as much as I could but gym is not something that attracted me because of lack of time and fear of using the equipment wrong, embarrass myself or risk of injury. At Feel Good Fitness I feel safe and welcomed. The coaches genuinely care for each individual, their love and dedication is contagious. There are so many different classes to choose from, boxing is my favourite one❤️ I can’t find a single negative fact of joining this club, only lots but lots of positive ones☺️ Thank you James, Adem and the rest of your team for taking such good care of me.

Fantastic experience: In the past I couldn't continue gym because of laziness or same set of exercises and also I couldn't get enough guidance from coaches (unless you have a personal trainer). I joined Feel Good Fitness about an year ago and it is really benefiting me. I am always motivated for my next class (even though I miss a lot due to my work) because of new routine everyday and wonderful coaches. Also, you have 10-15 different people doing the same exercise as you which motivates you to keep going. James/Adam also provides a lot of support & guidance to maintain the diet. Overall, if you are person who cannot stick to a schedule for long, you must join Feel Good Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I joined the group to help motivate me. I had tried to exercise on my own but kept giving up due to lack of motivation. I went along for my first trial session and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I have been attending classes for about 2 months now and leave each class with a buzz. For me I like the 6.20am classes and then you are set for the rest of the day. I would definitely recommend if you are wanting to move more but struggling with motivation. I have seen my strength and stamina increase already in the short time I’ve been attending

Fantastic experience: I joined FGF a few months ago and it has been great. I struggled to fit PT sessions in around my schedule and the options FGF gives you is fantastic, multiple classes a day, so no excuse to not fit a session in. All the trainers are helpful, encouraging and supportive. It’s the right balance of pushing you to progress at a safe pace. They are always helpful with adapting exercises and weights to your requirements, which you don’t always get in a group settings elsewhere. Thanks for being great guys!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend these guys highly enough - they got me into a solid rhythm of regular classes, replacing what had been a pretty patchy exercise record before I joined! The classes themselves are varied, with expert tuition and a focus on technique from the PTs, who really look out for the clients' wellbeing. They'll never make me love burpees but they'll help get into good habits and make it fun at the same time.

Fantastic experience: Very well organised classes, they have a flexible timetable to suit work shift patterns and have 3 instructors that all offer something different, In 6 weeks I've seen an improvement in mobility and weight loss. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am SO pleased I found Feel Good Fitness. Having had my second baby my body confidence was at an all time low and I felt sluggish & unmotivated. I have always enjoyed exercise but generally lack the motivation to keep up with it. These classes have changed that. No 2 classes are the same and the variety of times available means I can make it work around my very busy life. You pay a monthly membership and can attend as many classes as you like (I aim for 3 a week). The classes include everything from weight training, circuits, cardio, stretching, boxing & mobility plus regular fitness tests so you can actually see the results of your hard work. The trainers James, Adem & Lisa are warm, welcoming & encouraging - pushing you if you want to be pushed and regularly checking in. There is a shared whatsapp group for updates as well as dietary information, hints & training tips. Regular social events mean its a great way to meet locals if you want to. You don’t have to be super into your fitness to join - there are all shapes and sizes, no judgement and no pressure - it’s very refreshing actually. 2 months in and I am already feeling much stronger & more energised. I look forward to the classes and when its the only ‘me’ time I get at the moment that says a lot! I feel so much happier within myself and automatically want to eat better on the days I work out without trying. Post babies my body is different now & I don’t feel the need to flash diet like I might have done in the past - the mind set here is slow and steady and everything in moderation. You don’t have to cut out all the things you enjoy! I’m learning to love my new shape and am working on being as strong & healthy as possible so I can be a role model for my kids. Highly recommend, I wish I had joined a long time ago but I’m thrilled I’m part of the team now!

Fantastic experience: Before joining I had fallen into the Covid trap being out of a regular excessive routine , bored of zoom classes and chained to my desk James, Lisa and Adem are all excellent instructors and the class is very welcoming, sociable with a variety of classes to keep it interesting and challenging I’ve been going for about 3 months and I’ve seen solid progress on level of weights I can lift , my fitness levels and how well I’ve been sleeping I really look forward to all the classes and the team put a huge effort to keep the classes fun, explain proper technique and ways to improve. Don’t hesitate to give it a go !

Fantastic experience: Feel Good Fitness is perfect if you want to get away from busy gyms and work with instructors. I’ve enjoyed every part of it. Classes are in very friendly and fun atmosphere. Fantastic experience: This Bootcamp was recommended to me and although I liked the sound of it, I thought at first I’d just join for the trial period or a couple of months. Nearly a year later and it’s become a huge part of my life. The classes are varied, challenging and rewarding. The coaches are committed, invested and incredibly motivating! One of the best things about the Bootcamp community though is the people. Everyone is encouraging and there for the same reasons. A WhatsApp group is used for top tips and motivational videos from the coaches on different topics or nutritional advice and you feel like you are part of one big team! They really do offer everything and I’m so grateful for the lessons I’ve learnt, confidence I’ve gained and noticeable changes both physically and mentally.

Fantastic experience: Before I started feel good fitness, I felt very low in energy and lacked strength. I am someone who enjoys a range of exercises so this program works great for me. The coaches are very supportive and motivating. They are also understanding if you are a beginner, whereby you can go at your own pace without any pressure. Feel good fitness helps you target areas you want to work on. Including support with diet which plays a huge part in fitness. James advised me on changes I can make in my diet to support my fitness journey, and it has made a huge difference I look forward to the classes as there are a variety of sessions every week targeted to different areas I want to work on (ie upper body, core) as well as morning/evening sessions to work around my busy schedule. Since joining, I feel I have more energy now and am becoming stronger. This wouldn’t be without the support of the coaches who push me and make classes so enjoyable. I find that there are a range of exercises, so no two work outs feel the same. If you don’t enjoy working out, these classes will definitely change your mind and push you to your limit! Fantastic experience: Lovely group of instructors, great set of classes that truly help boost your energy! You leave each class feeling happy and energetic! Also the people joining are very friendly. An all round great positive atmosphere is created which really motivates you to challenge yourself! Fantastic experience: I was looking at joining a gym after having my second child but was feeling really daunted by the prospect of it. I then stumbled across the Express Body Fitness website and it sounded ideal. From the get go the trainers and everyone that goes have been so welcoming. I’ve only been going for a couple of months but I already feel so much stronger. It’s hands down the best fitness class I’ve ever been part of. I always look forward to the sessions and pushing myself further than I thought was possible. Definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to boot camp by a friend just over 2 years ago. Prior to then I did mostly cardio 3-4 times a week. My first day at boot camp with Danny was brutal. But I love a challenge so I kept coming back. It was a slow process to build up my strength; the squats, the burpees, the planks, the military push ups etc. However, the strength came and also impacted my cardio positively as I now run stronger. The exercises are always varied and challenging which means things never get boring. There was also detailed and extensive information which demystified diet and exercise. Adem equips you with knowledge so you can be in control of your own fitness. I have been able to do exercises I didn’t know I was capable of. I highly recommend express body fitness if you are serious and committed to a lifestyle change.

Fantastic experience: I discovered Adem and Danny Express Body Fitness via a Facebook post ... wanted woman who wanted to get fit build strength not just loose weight ... I’ve always done some sort of exercise through my life but struggled with motivation at the gym! Classes always booked ahead never able to get on the list etc etc .. However that all changed when I started at Express Body Fitness ... Amazing mixture of classes, instructors are so good. Everyone is so friendly doesn’t matter what level of fitness you have.. I’ve lost nearly 4 stone ... it didn’t happen over night but with regular classes motivation via group chat and advice from Adem and his constant stream of motivation I finally found what worked for me. Adem woke me up to the fact it’s a way of life fitness and food !! I also have a back injury slipped disc from going to gym and not being given correct advice. Loosing weight and gaining strength .. has really made a difference. The fact I can do burpees now I am over the moon. Honestly if your looking to get fit or whatever you need to aim for .. you need to join this group it’s changed my life so happy I discovered them.

Fantastic experience: Having never been a sporty person or a regular gym goer, I came to a point where I felt I needed to get fit and active rather than feel lethargic and tired. I didn't know where to start or if I had the motivation to push myself beyond a standard gym session where you dont know what good the exercises are doing for you. I came across Express Body Fitness on Facebook and registered my interest. The following day Adem called me to find out what I was looking for and after chatting for over 45 mins, i felt he totally understood and made me feel motivated to start this journey. I'm only 5 weeks in and have enjoyed every class no matter how tough it is. From aiming to do 2-3 classes a week, I've ended up doing 5 some weeks and the increase in fitness is noticeable already!! Its 40 mins and several options every day, so no excuses!! All the trainers are fantastic and so invested in everyone's personal journey, always on hand to help, check your doing it correctly, push you to the next level and offer alternatives if you have any weaknesses. There are people of all different abilities, ages, men and women and such a lovely community where you never feel intimidated. Adem offers such a personal service (as well as nutrition plans) that is second to none. You won't get that in a gym or standard exercises classes. I'd highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: If you like exercising but can’t motivate yourself at the gym then Express Body Fitness is for you! Best group classes I have ever been apart of. They are challenging but so worth it. The coaching team are fantastic, motivating and encouraging. From day one, everyone was so welcoming and it made my exercising journey that bit easier. Fantastic experience: I discovered Express Body Fitness through google. I wanted something closer to home that had classes early in the morning. However, I found a whole lot more! The team and trainers are very welcoming. I've never felt such personal interest in my workouts, well-being, and goals. The trainers are very hands on and will guide you through the workout and ensure you are working out safely. They train, teach, support, hold us accountable, praise and motivate us when we need to turn up to class or push a little harder. They also offer advice on nutrition. It is such a personal touch. What I get out of these classes, trainers and group is something that a gym has never given to me. The classes have given more energy, made me consistent, and stronger. I work out with a great bunch of people who are also motivating. I can’t say enough great things about this bootcamp. If you are hesitant on signing up, I would say don’t be – I can guarantee you will love it and wish you signed up sooner!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Adem and the Express Body Fitness team enough. I have had nothing but encouragement AND good results since starting the classes. In the first instance I lost a stone and a half and felt more fit and toned than I'd done in years. My eating habits are also a lot healthier now thanks to the sound dietary advice. I always feel looked after and there is plenty of follow up with with personal messages and advice. Despite being one of the oldest in the classes and having a catalogue of ongoing knee and ankle problems due to past injuries, all the exercises are adapted for me and I work at my own pace and ability. I'm never made to feel embarrassed - everyone is really friendly - and we all encourage each other regardless of whether you're a beginner or seasoned regular. The classes are never the same and, at the moment, I really appreciate all the effort that is going in to ensuring social distancing and safety are a top priority. I've particularly valued the support through Covid Lockdown with online classes and ongoing contact with the rest of the group.

Fantastic experience: After finding the classes on Facebook I signed up. Their nutrition advice and meal plans are excellent. The classes were tough and very demanding and excellent for burning fat and getting fit. In just six weeks I went from 22% body fat to 15.1 and lost over 8kgs. After achieving these results in such a short space of time I’d definitly recommend express body work outs to anyone wanting to get in shape!

Fantastic experience: It is a year ago I started with Express Body Fitness group and it truly has been the best decision I ever made. I was a member of a gym for 27 years and often found it a chore to get myself there for a workout, we are talking 6 months at a time.! It was such a waste of money. Last year I came upon one of Danny & Adem high energy videos and I decided to give it a try and applied. I was skeptical if I would keep at it and if it would work for me, just had a lot of self doubt. I felt super unfit & unhealthy at the time too. A year on I am so glad I made the change. I feel fitter, stronger and get the buzz from the every class. I am making better choices with my food.! And most importantly have the support of Danny and Adem. The Bootcamp family are such a great bunch of people too, nice to have a laugh and be encouraged at the same time as keeping fit. You just don’t get that at a gym.! My youngest daughter joined before Xmas and my eldest daughter is going to start the training this week. So as a family we will be doing our best to keep fit and healthy together. Fantastic experience: It is an understatement when I say that Adem, Danny and their team have changed my life. I started off as a complete exercise hater, excessively overweight, sedative lifestyle, paying gym memberships that attended 2-3 times, tried EVERY single way to lose weight to the point that I damaged my health. The guys are not your trainers they are your family. They train you and teach you and support you and hold you accountable and praise you when you need to and push you when necessary. Fantastic experience: After years of struggling with my weight and motivation I came across the express body fitness post on my face book. With nothing to lose I attended their consultation where I meet Danny and Adam. They explained what service they could provide and without any hesitation I enrolled with their program. They give you a nutrition plan, Amazing boot camp style classes (which always differ from class to class) and both Adam and Danny are always at hand to motivate, answer questions or to help you if your struggling even out of classes to make sure you succeed. 6 weeks gone I am 8kg leaner, fitter and stronger than ever. I could never had done this with out the support Adam and Danny provided me. I can only give you 5 stars as that’s the max allowed but Express body fitness is worth 10 times that. Thankyou Adam and Danny for changing my life and setting me goals I never dreamt I could reach.

Fantastic experience: It has been a year today since I joined Express Body Fitness and I am so glad that I did. First of all I would like to thank Adem and Danny for all your help and support. I must say it’s been a great experience. All boot camp colleagues are very friendly and supportive. I always enjoy working out with these crazy and funny bunch of people. Adem and Danny are excellent coaches. If there was a prize for the best coach in the world, I am sure Adem and Danny would have won it. They put so much effort for each individual in their class, always trying new techniques, always on improvement plans, always there for you and always happy to help. Over a year ago I was so stressed and worried about me putting on weight due to busy work schedule and bad eating habits. My routine meal included pasta, waffles, chips and all other junk. I came across an advert from Express Body for 8 week programme on facebook and I kept thinking, talking to myself that I should join but thinking, how would I fit in the classes in my busy schedule, would I be able to work out with that many people, also is it worth spending extra money as I have gym facility at my apartment, but never used it, what if can’t commit to it. Then one day I decided to fill in the application and sent it off. I was still unsure as my main concern was commitment. Then Adem and Danny both called me on separate occasions, discussed all my concerns. I must say they have always been very supportive. I lost 4 Kgs in only first 3 months, My target was to lose weight but then I realised only losing weight doesn’t make me healthy. Thanks to Adem and Danny I have learnt a lot about healthy eating and lifestyle. Now I eat healthy, work out at least 3 days a week which keeps me so active and fresh that people have started to note the difference. I feel great and if there’s anyone out there who has been thinking about joining, then I would say don’t talk to yourself, just do it. I promise you that you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I have finally found an exercise group that I like and can stick to. I have been a member since October 2016 and I can honestly see me staying with Express Body Fitness for a very long time. Danny & Adem don't just see you as another number and another person paying into the account, they really really care about you and how you can better yourself and keep yourself motivated. The first thing I noticed about Danny & Adem is that they remember your name from the first time you meet them, this really made me feel very welcome and part of the group right from the beginning. In the past I have tried every type of exercise class and always get bored and end up dropping out and no-one actually notices or cares when you're not there anymore. The best thing about Express Body Fitness is that Danny & Adem are the instructors for most of the classes. They have 2 other instructors who take a couple of sessions but Danny & Adem are there for the majority of them. This makes a huge difference as they connect with you, watch your progress and build a relationship with you. They know your strengths and your weaknesses and they also know how to motivate you to become better. If you miss a week they notice that as well and they give you a call to see whats wrong and why you're not there. They don't let you disappear un-noticed whilst still collecting your money. They are on your case, they can see when you're loosing motivation and they throw everything into getting you motivated again and encouraging you. They are also happy to advise you over the phone or on text message whenever you need them. Danny & Adem are so motivational and experienced in what they do. I trust every word they tell me, listening to them has paid off as I'm much fitter and slimmer since I met them! I couldn't recommend Express Body Fitness high enough, it really has changed my attitude towards exercise. If you're thinking about joining, just do it, I promise you won't regret it..........

Fantastic experience: I attended Express body bootcamp to introduce myself back into fitness after a good 6 months of lazying around due to my relationship coming to an end and eating lots of ice cream. I did the 6am classes Mon - Wed - Fri and the odd Saturday class. Danny and Adem are good at what they do and are always available for help and support. Getting to each class was always the hardest bit, but the guys always sent massages in the group chat to motivate us out of bed. Each class left me feeling energised and ready for the day. During my time with Express Body Bootcamp i got my confidence and fitness levels up. This helped me complete London to Brighton Bike ride (54miles In 32°c heat) which i failed 7 years earlier and Tough Mudder (Full). I couldn't have done it without the weekly classes. Due to circumstances in my life right now I'm taking some time out from classes but will definitely be back in the near future. I couldn't recommend this Bootcamp enough. If it's to lose weight, tone, increase your fitness or simply pull yourself out of a dark patch with some good old exercise, these guys will help you. Thank you for everything. Andria x

Fantastic experience: I struggled to keep up gym addiction but now that I have started Express Body Workouts, I have found it both addictive and enjoyable where you can easily fit classes into your busy schedule with the option of both morning and evening classes. I have since cancelled my gym membership! Adem and team are always pushing you harder and I have never found classes to be the same with constantly different experienced coaches trying to get you to train differently. I would recommend Express Body Workouts to anyone from beginners to more advanced gym goers who want to go the extra level.
