Fantastic experience: When looking for a local community driven gym this is the kind of place you want to be. Whether you're old school or just joining the sport the equipment is great. Elekio plates, bars and collars. And accessory machines. When I first saw the gym I thought it was just a personal training gym so it has taken me a while to get round to visiting but I will definitely be going back The atmosphere in gyms is one of the most important aspects of the place I'm going to train and fit performance definitely has that old gritty but focused and that's everything I love about it.

Fantastic experience: Such a great facility, amazing coaches and lovely members. I did my first weightlifting PT in there and learned so much in my first session. And had a few since then. I learn something new every time. Looking forward to many more sessions.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member here for a few years, great for anybody looking to get strong. Especially good for females, as there are loads of strong girls who train there. The S&C kit is excellent quality and the staff are lovely. Physio's are incredibly knowledgeable and have helped me with past injuries to stay training.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Essex by far. Highly qualified staff in all aspects of physical training and physiotherapy. If weightlifting and powerlifting is your chosen sport then this is the place to come or if you just want to train and get in shape your needs will be meet. Staff and members are friendly and helpful, no gym bro's.
