Fantastic experience: I always come away from F45 feeling like I have had a real workout. Having been to a few f45 locations, I would also say that F45 Henley has the best coaches without a shadow of a doubt. Always motivational, observant, knowledgeable and bringing the vibes.

They are brilliant at motivating and supporting you during the workouts, and the results are seen so quickly! Special shout out to Maria, Aggi, Max and of course Jack and Gemma, who created this motivational and safe space to workout - whether you're a newbie or an experienced worker, this is the place for you to thrive! 5 stars isn't enough!!

Fantastic experience: A few weeks at the Henley F45 has been a successful blast, totally recommend it for effective workouts, knowledgeable and very attentive coaching, superb noisy motivation from Aggi and Maria and loads of fun! The combo's of resistance, hybrid and cardio are easy to follow, and the class is friendly with positivity and spirit - recommend trying a few classes to really kick start a sensible fitness routine with excellent results. A bonus is the location right in the centre of Henley for handy coffee, food and socialising after a session! Easy parking and full of opportunities to aim for Hyrox events if you want a challenge, Gemma and Jack run a vibrant F45 business with their excellent instructors and give great attention to their class members of all ages and fitness levels - give it a go!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended for those seeking a structured yet fun fitness experience. There are great facilities and the workouts are really well crafted - challenging, but balanced and manageable! Importantly, there's a really friendly community and sense of team spirit - the staff are super supportive and positive, as are the local gym go-ers.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to F45 Henley for about 2 months now, having previously trained with F45 Peckham. I've loved the experience so far - the trainers are great, and offer really helpful advice, the space is nice and big (never feels too crammed), and it's always a fun (if tough!) workout. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I won't tell you how great F45 is because I'm sure you already know. I will say two things about the crew in Henley. First, the people who work out there are great. Very welcoming to newcomers and friendly. But even more importantly, the owners are truly invested in creating a great environment. During my first two week trial period, I came down with an illness and missed 8 days. Most gyms (in my experience) would say, "so sorry... trial is over. Here's our membership agreement." But Jack and Gemma started my trial over. They run a great gym, but they are even better people.

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely environment, a great space to feel comfortable to push yourself. The trainers are hard working and are very encouraging wanting you to do your best. Classes are hard but you can go at a pace that works for you as an individual. Highly recommend as a nice way of keeping fit and feeling like a part of the community.

Fantastic experience: The best!! I love being a member here. All the trainers are supportive, knowledgable and good fun! The gym is spacious and clean, the workouts are challenging yet motivating. I moved to the area not known many people here and within weeks thanks to the gym I have a lovely group of friends :D Keep up the amazing work!!

Great way to make sure your form is correct looking at the examples on screen and the F45 team always point you in the right direction. Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous before joining as I am a complete beginner when it comes to workouts/gym/fitness etc. I would usually find classes like these intimidating - however, to my pleasant surprise, I feel the complete opposite at f45 and so pleased I joined! The team have been so welcoming and supportive and have helped me progress a lot in a short space of time. The classes themselves are brilliant as they are suitable for all levels of fitness, you can adapt each station to suit your ability. It is the perfect balance of fun and hard work and you immediately feel part of a community. 5 stars for the people, 5 stars for the classes and 5 stars for the experience!

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 after the third lockdown as I had recently moved back to Henley and was looking to get fit and also meet some new people. F45 provided both but also so much more! The coaches are fantastic and every session feels like a PT session. Some of the people I've met through F45 are now really close friends. I am so happy F45 has opened in Henley and thank you to Jack and Gemma (the owners) for creating such a warm community I am pleased to be a part of!

Fantastic experience: Since joining I've been trying to go as much as my diary will allow. I have always managed to get on the class I wanted. The sessions are always different, allow good use of weights and give you a full body work out. Due to the varied nature of the classes, it is physically demanding, but as yet no strains, sprains or injury. It is more expensive than some other gyms, but you definitely get what you pay for and if you have hit a rut in your training, or want to move up a level I would recommend a trial to see what F45 is all about. The owners are very friendly, as are all the staff and other members. The equipment is AAA grade.

Fantastic experience: I recently returned to F45 having had a baby and can’t fault the support I’ve had from the super-friendly team. They are always on hand to show me any alternative exercises and are gradually helping me step up my training in a safe way. Special shout out to the owners Gemma and Jack who really do go the extra mile to help you feel welcome and motivated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Fantastic experience: I'm eagerly waiting for F45 Training Henley-on-Thames to open its doors. In recent years I have stopped going to a gym as I am self-conscious of my body and have felt inferior training alongside others. Gyms now intimidate me, so it's encouraging to have found a team who are not only attentive to my body issues but offer a state of the art space which is welcoming and approachable. Jack and Gemma are very supportive and the vibe/ethos at F45 is warm and welcoming to start my post lockdown fitness journey, no matter what level of fitness you are starting from; which is most important to me. Roll on 12th April!
