Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Alex and the team more highly! I managed to lose an initial 3 stone in 3 months and then returned again and lost another stone. I've had other trainers at other gyms since and none have been as effective or as fun as the guys at The Chapel. My mother lost 3 stone as well. The workouts and diets are personalised to you and the gym is a wonderful place to work out. I moved to London so its bit of a commute now but if i move back to the area i'll be rejoining 100%. It changed my life for the better.
