Fantastic experience: Dai is friendly and very helpful. Large gym to get fit in with a huge choice of great equipment and upbeat music. Brilliant opening hours. Also, classes to suit . Would definitely recommend a visit.

Fantastic experience: A great Gym, good selection of equipment. Caters for machine,free weights and open space for cicuits and rope climbs Owner very welcoming
