Fantastic experience: Can't recommend highly enough. Since starting i very quickly lost all my excess wieght and now look the best I have ever done. Weight issues can be so depressing and I lost all my confidence and my general health was in decline. Ben knows his stuff and will train you safely and gently and give you the right nutritional information which is suited to you. I feel so happy and healthy now and don't feel embarrassed when it comes to swimming , holidays etc. losing weight involves a complex mix of physical and mental entities where you are best having the support of a professional who will assure you results you are after and maintain them. thank you Ben Dr Edward Masheder
