Fantastic experience: Always fun coming to Lee’s workouts; it’s more of a community and family. It’s great to be outdoors and Lee goes the extra mile with you. Don’t get this sort of authenticity in gyms.
Fantastic experience: This bootcamp has been a life changer for me. I feel more energised and strong and on my way to a healthier state of being. Lee is the best combo of persistent and patient. When he knows you can give more, he won't let you get away with less and to me that is the mark of a good trainer. Even at 6am - we feel motivated but also have a bit of fun. Three times a week I drag myself out of bed at 5:30am. That is a pretty good review in itself. I really recommend Lee as a trainer - he makes you feel comfortable and capable. And classes of just women, which is a major bonus for me.

Fantastic experience: I signed up originally for the 6 week transformation programme as I was keen to get into a routine and hated training alone in the gym (if I could even get myself to a gym) I joined the 6am classes 3 times a week. After 4 weeks I really started seeing a change in my lifestyle, diet, energy etc. At the end of my 6 week programme I’ve dropped a dress size! I’ve now enrolled as a member and enjoy also attending the Saturday classes which sets me up nicely for the weekend. The ladies that attend are from all walks of life /shape/size/age so you never feel intimidated, it’s a really supportive community of ladies.
Fantastic experience: I really enjoy Lee's Bootcamp as it is outside in all weathers so I get fresh air and exercise rather than being stuck in a sweaty gym. Lee is a very encouraging trainer who helps me achieve my goals so I now have some upper body strength. Having a variety of morning and evening classes to choose from helps me fit exercise in around work and other family activities.
It's been a pleasure so far . Yep the shoulder strength is deffo there now :-)
Fantastic experience: I joined bootcamp to help build up my strength for climbing up EBC. Lee was really helpful and introduced specific exercises to help get me into shape to achieve my goal. I have enjoyed attending the sessions over the last 3 months and the positive results I have seen in my fitness. Although I have achieved what I set out to do I continue to attend. I really enjoy the classes and the supportive female environment. Everyone is really welcoming and I enjoy the socials.

Fantastic experience: I joined in January 2022 having spent years wasting money on gyms, starting “health kicks” and giving up - I’ve never been good at sticking to anything. Bootcamp is brilliant as Lee holds you accountable and will give you a nudge when you need it as well as pushing you to do your best when you are at camp. I’ve never regretted turning up (even when the struggle to leave my house was so very real) and I’ve grown so much stronger over the year. You definitely get what you pay for and it’s worth every penny for me. Thanks Lee
Fantastic experience: Lee’s regime has changed my life! I didn’t realise just how much I needed these classes until I joined. He makes women of all shapes, sizes and circumstance feel worthwhile and I recommend to everyone!
Fantastic experience: I have done the outdoor bootcamp and also the online bootcamp with LGPT and loved both. Lee is a very attentive and approachable coach who really cares about his clients and their progress. I would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I'm really enjoying being part of the LGPT bootcamp. I've done all sorts over the years and this is first thing I've been done where I'm seeing progress in a really healthy way. Lee is a great trainer, he's very supportive, checks-in regularly and keeps your motivation on track. Having the option of 6am sessions is great too, psychologically getting exercise out the way early doors works great for me! Never thought I'd be be a person who does 6am workouts - a good testament to Lee!

Fantastic experience: Been a camp member for 4 years, and it’s the only exercise I’ve stuck to. Lee supports us at camp, pushing us to keep going, and the group is a great bunch of ladies! Sessions are structured but varied so you don’t get bored, and there are plenty to choose from. Lee also supports you with nutritional advice, and ways to increase your overall health. Anyone thinking of joining, just do it…. You won’t regret it!
Fantastic experience: Training with Lee has given me a much needed confidence boost to get back into fitness and start looking after myself properly. From the initial consultation, Lee has been engaging and understanding, supportive but firm and has demonstrated he clearly knows what he is talking about! Lee is fantastic and had been a pleasure to get to know and someone who has pulled me from a dark hole of self loathing and laziness - never did I think I'd be the person who would be in the park at 6am working out but his guidance has made me WANT to be there. If you ever consider PT sessions I back Lee 100% to get you back into the swing of things. His sessions push you, allow you to feel strong but also he delivers a tailor made work out regime that you complete along side a supportive and motivating group. Not only this, but Lee also offers a range of resources and guidance when it comes to nutrition - something I thought I knew well, but Lee sends reciepe cards and hints and tips to ensure you are reaching your daily targets. Even if you aren't considering PT sessions and you come across this review or his SM page, I would urge you to give it a go and start unlocking your potential.
Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed Bootcamp, Lee is helpful with whatever you need and the group are very friendly. I feel stronger and it’s really helped me get back into exercise after lockdown. Very much recommend.
Fantastic experience: Joined bootcamp to get myself moving in the winter months, Lee motivates you to keep going and keeps you accountable to sessions. Lee keeps classes interesting and is always on hand to check form and progression. Would 100% recommend, very refreshing to work out in the park with a group of great women

Fantastic experience: What a great trainer! Lee looks after his gang so well, with exercise, nutrition and stretching ideas. You feel strong and fit, and being outside with the elements is exhilarating. The range of targeted activities in Lee's classes mean you don't get bored, you tone up and lose weight. Lee creates a wonderful community of supportive women. And last, but by no means least,, Lee is kind and caring - an all round good egg!
Fantastic experience: Lee is the best Trainer ever ... I did years at gym without losing any weight then I came across Lee and it has been life changing... within 6 weeks lost a stone but not just weight loss my whole body shape changed which iv never managed before... Once I lost the weight when I wasnt calorie tracking I still managed to maintain by attending regular sessions.Lees sessions are always different and you never get bored.

Fantastic experience: Anyone thinking of joining Lee’s boot camp, I would highly recommend it whether face to face or online. I joined back in Feb 2020 due to really struggling with pain in my hips, a desire to get in better shape and just feel better within myself in general. Through 3 sessions a week of camp and eating well I lost a stone, improved my fitness and my hip mobility and strength improved too! Everyone at camp is super welcoming and friendly, you really feel part of a network of ladies all with a common goal even when due to Covid there are many I haven’t got to meet! I have never stuck with previous training or going to the gym this long before which is a testament to how fun and varied the sessions are and how easy it is to add them in to your routine. Finding out I was pregnant back in September threw a bit of a curveball to my goals but Lee adapted my exercises to ensure I could carry on training throughout my pregnancy which has been great! Hope to be back to training soon!!!
Fantastic experience: Lee is an awesome trainer and I love this bootcamp. Been attending for over a year, come rain or shine, with a fab group of ladies in the park. Lee is very knowledgeable and has got me a lot fitter and the whole community is the best.

Fantastic experience: Supportive group training environment. Exercises can be challenging but always rwarding. Lee is an experienced and friendly trainer and helps to put you at ease when nervous. Definite recommendation.
Fantastic experience: I started with Lee for a 6 week block to get me back into exercise after being uninspired at the gym. I’m still there 20 months later. Lee is a fantastic teacher and motivator who has the right balance between pushy and encouraging. No intimidating boot camp shouting here. All the ladies are great and the number of “old timers” is a testament to how much people enjoy the group. I would never have believed I would enjoy being up for exercise at 6am but this group and Lee has completely changed my attitude to exercise. As a result I am fitter, stronger and happier all round.

Fantastic experience: Lee's a great trainer and provides so much more than just an opportunity to improve your fitness. Being part of the bootcamp group has been great for helping me develop a positive mindset towards exercise and nutrition, the weight loss and muscle building are added bonuses! Lee is incredibly supportive in helping you reach your goals and works really hard to provide that support in and out of the sessions. I was really pleased that Lee was able to carry on providing the bootcamp over Zoom when outdoor group exercise was restricted, as this really helped me to stay motivated throughout. Lee also provides really great resources for building in a healthy lifestyle outside of the exercise sessions.
