Stoneworks Sports and well-being centre

Fantastic experience: I have back problems in including kyphosis and 3 crushed vertebrae. I thought that my training days were over. I have put on over 2 stone. The personal trainer at stoneworks gym has help me build a stronger back and body. I would recommend stoneworks to any beginners thinking of starting the gym. Excellent staff very helpful and can put a program together for each person and help with weight gain or loss no mtter what stage you are at

Fantastic experience: 8000sq foot gym complete with punchbags a full size championship ring a matted area for mma bjj etc. A 4g track with 3 prowlers a strength and conditioning area seperate cardio area. On site sports massage therapist. Classes to suit everyone with a large free weights area with more power racks than you can count. Largest best equipped gym in antrim with yoga pilates calisthenics boxing circuits and strength and conditioning classes to suit all abilities and ages.

Fantastic experience: Top of the range equipped gym for every type of training. Excellent fully qualified PT'S and offers such a unique range of classes that no other Gym does.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Gym!! I was always that one person that said they would never go to the gym, now i love it!!! Classes to suit everyone, including the kids, top of the range equipment and excellent PT's, cannot recommend it enough!!
