Fantastic experience: Bodyworks is a fantastic gym, with great equipment and helpful staff. There's a real sense of community, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. I really can't recommend it highly enough. Training there has definitely changed my life for the better!

Fantastic experience: I was in town for 2 weeks to visit my boyfriend's family and was desperate to get back into my training routine so I was pretty happy to find a place that was able to do short-term memberships. I gotta say: I'm leaving tomorrow and I kinda wish I could take the gym with me. It had all the equipment I could want, even a good amount of stuff my gym back home just doesn't have. The owner was really pleasant, I'm pretty sure he was the one I talked to when I signed up (I'm not always the most outgoing, especially when I'm at the gym). If you're interested in strength sports, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with a great freindly atmosphere. Extremely reasonable pricing without the need for a joining fee and great facilities. Protein bar for shakes and bars and much more. Staff are always freindly,helpful and on hand to give advice.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant Gym, been going here for years. Cal is a gentle giant with so much knowledge. A real range or all shapes, sizes and ages. Feels like a family when u go, big up the 6am crew (although I’m always late ;)

Fantastic experience: Great old school gym. Very reasonable prices (less than a fiver for a day pass) and the staff are always friendly. Ideal for strongman, powerlifting or bodybuilding training. Is a little cramped but can't fault them for that as its nicer to have too much equipment than not enough.

Fantastic experience: A very relaxed gym, from novice like me to the dedicated body builders. All the the staff are ready and willing help, from how to use the machines to diet advice. Even the members will help out, and are happy to do it, all you have to do is ask. I was very nervous walking in on my first session. Now I can't get enough, and am happy to go on my own. If you're looking for a gym to join, look no further.

Fantastic experience: I'm on holiday in Deal for a week and don't want to miss my training. It's an awesome gym, it has got everything you'd possibly need. The owner is very friendly and helpful, you don't have to be a member and can just turn up.
