Fantastic experience: I’ve trained with Sean twice a week for 2 years now and have seen so many benefits. My strength has improved massively, I have lost weight but gained confidence and have made a really good friend! the gym has just had loads of new equipment which is fantastic. Sean has always been really flexible with training times and allowed training to fit around my busy life. I indroduced family and friends to The fitness consultants who like me are loving training. I don’t think i’ll Be leaving any time soon!

Fantastic experience: Sean creates a very relaxed environment where I can feel comfortable training, while he is always quick to ensure that we are focussed on achieving my goals! My goals have included: - Losing weight (with an exercise and nutrition plan) - Training for a specific event (building stamina and general fitness) - Strength and conditioning (Gaining muscle and toning!) I couldn’t recommend The Fitness Consultants enough!!

Fantastic experience: Sean is knowledgable and will offer you a tailored programme to suit your needs. A safe and friendly environment to hit your goals. I have trained with him for a good few years now and enjoy each session as he adds variety to each session encouraging me to do my best. He will listen to what your goals are and steer you to where you want to be.
