Fantastic experience: Great place, nice people. Family run and one of the few reasons I would get out of bed very early on a Sunday morning . Kids benefit hugely from the interaction with Mark and family.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can't recommend this place enough. I enrolled my twins here, (boy and girl, 5 years old) on a Sunday morning session. The owners (family run, dad, son and daughter) are all so lovely and welcoming. They have such a fantastic attitude towards all the children there and help them all out individually so no one is left behind. I can only explain this place as a friendly welcoming place and 5 stars isn't enough. Highly recommend to anyone looking to join a boxing gym.

Fantastic experience: Wow! First time taking my 11 year old here. Real nice people, very welcoming, relaxed and very professionally run. Really well equipped boxing gym. Blown away to see my son who lacks in confidence just get stuck in! Never seen before a group of 20 or so kids ranging in ages from 5 to maybe 15/16 train so hard together, be so focussed and witness such enjoyment and determination! My son is so up for next Sunday’s session. Can’t actually quantify or really explain how this just worked so well, but Davies Gym your definitely doing something that’s just brilliant!!!

Fantastic experience: Great place to train. Last night was my first time back in a proper gym for years, I was made to feel very welcome by everyone there. Mark & Ryan will let you go at your own pace whilst offering useful tips and positive encouragement. Don't worry if you've never boxed before it was a mixture of circuit training and bag work. Excellent range of equipment, no pressure and safe environment. The workout was fantastic it really cleared my negativity and I felt great after it. I'll be back next week.

I never leave without having learned something new and once I leave I'm immediately looking forward to my next training session. Quality gym run by quality people.
