Fantastic experience: So, I have trained here for some time now. What a place! Well equipped gym area with really approachable coaches... Also, very down to earth group of people. Would recommend for anyone, from 'never been in a gym before' to 'trained for decades'. Well located place by the train station in Bangor and loads of parking, so makes life easy. Found myself getting into a good routine with some consistency here. It's a big place, so never feels too crowded and loads of equipment, so always something to use. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing, welcoming place. Been with Gaz & Caz for years, wouldn't dream of being health-tortured by anyone else!
