Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many gyms all over birmingham and I have to admit this is the only one that makes me feel comfortable. The Gym is so so clean, the reception is warm and inviting- the staff are friendly attentive, welcoming and always there for advice and support. Other members are friendly- no weirdos or intimidating behaviour. This place is a female and Hijab friendly gym with separate ladies times although I go to both ladies and mixed times. Definitely come check this place out!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this gym for about a year now and it's honestly been the best experience ever. The staff members are so accommodating, kind and just really helpful. The gym is ALWAYS clean and equipments are always in perfect condition. I have 0 complaints, any issues at all, the staff are there immediately to help out. I have been to sports direct gym and gym group but nothing beats heavy duty

Fantastic experience: Best Gym I ever been too. Owners are freindly, Welcoming and supportive. Health and Wellbeing of their service users comes first...as they are always there to offer that extra support. Honestly dont hesitate In popping in and checking the place out for yourself, you will not be disappointed. There are separate female times for any women wanting that provision. The gym is always kept immaculate at excellent standads. I have joined since October 2022 and come down 5 to 6 days a week. Can't recommend enough....

Fantastic experience: When I tell you this is the BEST FEMALE GYM you’ll find in the WHOLE of Birmingham, don’t sleep on it! It’s extremely rare to get a gym that is fully equipped when it comes to a female gym, yes it’s not a full time female only gym but they have specific hours where no men are allowed in. From the moment you walk into gym you feel a sense of warmth and welcoming, the staff are extremely lovely and helpful in every possible way they could be! They go above and beyond with trying to help you get the best of your workout, you could ask a thousand questions and they wouldn’t mind at all! The gym is also immaculately clean everytime I go !!! I honestly can not fault this gym in any way. It’s a MUST try.

Fantastic experience: This gym is an absolute God send. I used to struggle to go anywhere that was clean, well equipped, close to where I live, with friendly and attentive staff that were on hand to provide professional advice on how to maximise my time at the gym, and most importantly the timings are so good for us women.. drop the kids off in the morning and head straight here after the school run to attend the women’s only session. Couldn’t have been more ideal! Can’t recommend enough!!

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely delighted that Heavy Duty is back open again. I used to be one of its original members more than a decade ago and now I'm back again for the second time. Things have seriously changed though but for the better. The new reception area looks like something that belongs in a boutique hotel and so do the toilet and shower facilities. As for the gym equipment itself, it is superb in every way and it's clear a lot of thought, planning and of course execution has gone into the new gym. What hasn't changed though is the community spirit and feel of it. Just like before, you're made to feel welcome as soon as you walk in. It really is like a family and everyone is welcome. There is plenty of parking because they have a private car park, the space is very clean and they now have dedicated times for women only sessions.

Fantastic experience: Heavy Duty review I have recently joint the Heavy Duty gym and my experience so far is impeccable. The family run business is faultless. Heavy duty staff are always at hand to help with anything and support our needs with teaching us how to operate the machines to getting a pre-work out drinks, coffee and lovely milk shakes. I love the cleanliness and in my opinion this is the cleanest gym in Birmingham. The machines are very smooth, well maintained and always fully operating. Costumers are also very friendly and always maintaining their smiles whilst working out. It is a very friendly, relaxed environment to train surrounded with TV screens and inspirational music. I would strongly recommend this gym as one of the best gyms in Birmingham with the five star rating.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t fault this gym, I have tried a number of gyms in the past and as a female I feel very comfortable at this gym. Staff are friendly and always offer advice and support if/when needed. There are separate female classes which are great however, I have been at different times during the day and I’ve always been made to feel welcomed. Could not recommend this gym more. Great staff and nice environment.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! It’s a great spacious gym in a fantastic location. Such a friendly and welcoming place. The women only sessions are perfect and most convenient for me. The Best part is the gym is always clean!! From the machines to the toilets everything is always kept clean.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic gym!! All the staff are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and I am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. Also they have loads of supplements to help you, it helps as they are their on hand. Loads off equipment to use very clean modern toilets also shower facility
