Fantastic experience: I had lost my motivation in relation to any physical training and was struggling to get going again and it was getting more difficult. I was introduced to Redha and RZ Fitness about 3 months ago now and I was pleased with the personalised nature of the training to manage existing injury along with the offer of further support around diet and nutrition. The small group training is very beneficial to me and not as off putting as going to a gym. As a result I am thoroughly enjoying getting back to a challenging but achievable exercise regime and feeling healthier and stronger in the process. Dave Mc

Fantastic experience: Large classes were not my preference especially as I have historic lower back problems. At RZ fitness, Redha made sure he adapted exercises to support me and my back. The program at RZ fitness is personal and small which means you receive 1 on 1 focus from Redha during the sessions. It is like having a personal trainer, nutrition coach and all round supporter wherever you are on your personal journey. You will be in sessions with like minded people who are an additional support. I have suffered far less with my back since doing regular classes with Redha.

Fantastic experience: I joined RZ Fitness 3 months ago because I was fed up of feeling tired ,unfit ,no motivation and I had gained quite a lot of weight over the years, which I knew was effecting my general health and wellbeing. I had tried other facilities over the years but I never felt listened to especially when it came to injuries and I certainly had no dietary advice or help. When I walked through the door back in early July I instantly had a good feeling that it was going to be a safe place to train,i felt at ease, but i also loved the fact that I never felt like I was being judged by anyone for my weight ,age and fitness level. Over my time spent at RZ Fitness my strength physically and mentally has improved as well as losing weight which I hadn't managed to achieve for many years. I now feel so much happier in myself and have found a new love for training again . Which is all thanks to RZ Fitness .
Fantastic experience: Before RZ fitness, I was mainly walking, but more for the chat. I tried various exercise classes where I always felt I got left behind , you just joined in there was nobody really looking out for you/me as an individual I felt exhausted when I came out , spent the next four days in agony with muscle aches , unable to get up and down the stairs!! I am enjoying the RZ fitness routine more and more, there’s no pressure, all the girls and guys are great. Redha is individually watching each client, the exercise is excellent for strengthening the body particularly for myself. I was struggling getting up-and-down off the floor with my grandchildren who are small and always on the go. My Core I feel is already improving, my shape, my mind, just my general overall fitness levels and my strength in a short space of time have all improved. I feel so much better in my mind and more confident. It’s a very different way of exercising. It does everything I’ve always tried to look for out in the exercise world. Whats the worst you can do, but try it? Along with help with nutrition and food guidance. It really is everything you need.
Fantastic experience: I'd highly recommend joining RZ Fitness. Before I joined, I was starting to feel a little lethargic, I was putting on some weight, feeling unhappy with my body and lacking motivation. I did exercise by riding my bike and climbing but needed something more in my physical routine. I was also in a slump with my mental health, i predominantly work from home and at times I was letting all of life's challenges get on top of me. This was a really challenging time and I felt demotivated and in a bit of a rut. Sometimes, even the most basic life tasks seemed unsurmountable. I'd seen the adverts on social media for RZ Fitness and was interested but I've never really been a gym person so was a little reluctant. But, I decided that something needed to be done so I contacted Redha for an introductory session. It was one of the best things I've done. Redha was so welcoming and encouraging at the introductory session. He found out a bit about me, what my exercise and diet was, assessed my capabilities and designed exercises around me. What sets RZ Fitness apart from other gyms and classes is the relaxed and friendly approach, the welcome, the guidance and encouragement you get from Redha and the motivation you get from exercising with people of your own age accepting all your different abilities. The classes spur you on but the feel is something that's very personal and tailored to your needs. Redha will encourage and push you to achieve your goals, others will encourage you and very quickly you're pushing yourself in each session and looking forward to the next one. Since starting with RZ Fitness, I've lost weight, I've toned up my body, I feel lighter and fitter and happier in myself. My mental health has definitely benefitted. I've also made some really good friends in the bargain. Now, I'm more positive, feel healthier and look forward to each session. Fantastic experience: My husband and I joined RZ Fitness in November 23. I was fed up of being unfit, overweight and in pain so we signed up to the 6 week programme together ahead of Christmas. After an assessment of my capabilities I booked onto the classes. I go 3 times a week and by week 3, I was virtually pain free from the mid back pain that had been limiting me. Yes I have other aches and pains but they are reduced as I am building muscle which is reducing the pain from being unfit and lacking in strength. You book onto your sessions in advance and Redha then tailors the workouts specifically for each person. Redha is present from the minute you enter the room. He is constantly and consistently monitoring and evaluating you carrying out the activities, adjusting your technique so you get maximum benefit and no injuries. This is not a gym....it is essentially group personal training with no ego's and individuals with similar aims. It's good fun, in a great location (the sunrises are lovely) and it is ran by someone who is passionate about health and fitness and about helping us all individually.
Fantastic experience: I was struggling with my post menopause weight and general health - I couldn’t climb stairs as my muscles wouldn’t hold me Redha was a welcome instructor with helpful hints and tips and advice and guidance on a daily basis I now feel so much better and I’m improving every day
Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed as peri menopausal back in February (2023) and became very aware of weight gain and the difficulty in losing the little weight I had gained and I decided I needed to do something about it. When my husband recommended I join RZ Fitness with him I was concerned about making my small back problem worse and didn’t fancy a boot camp group. I then met Redha and realised he was nothing like a boot camp instructor so after a consultation I joined and I can’t imagine being without my sessions. Redha has a very gentle way of encouraging me while pushing me to get better each week. So far I have managed to gain strength, stamina and I haven’t gained weight with some very use nutritional support from Redha too. My biggest surprise is that I look forward to the sessions and am disappointed if I can’t make one.

Fantastic experience: 9 weeks ago I saw an ad on my Facebook feed for RZ fitness - I was feeling very lacklustre, fat and totally bleurgh and the video on the ad looked and sounded exactly what I needed in my life. Women my sort of age, a bit like me doing all sorts of weights and exercising together, stuff I’d like to do but am a tiny bit scared of! In a moment of madness I called up and before I had time to think had booked in for a trial session - YIKES! Turned up, did the session, loved it and 3 times a week/8 weeks later still love it! Redha and his team are super positive and encouraging and it definitely rubs off onto us ladies! I absolutely don’t want to be in my 50’s feeling bleurgh! I have bags more energy, my work trousers aren’t cutting into my waist and I’m boring the pants of anyone who will listen to me about lifting weights, doing exercise and eating healthily!!! I’ve thrown out the biscuits and cakes and am carrying on lifting those weights and getting sweaty doing sit ups and am looking forward to strutting around in my summer clothes showing off my strong, toned, healthy body ….. ❤️

Fantastic experience: When I started the RZ Fitness I was feeling tired and sluggish with so much weight around my middle area. After my 28 day challenge I noticed inches had dropped from my waist, I felt fitter and the sluggishness has disappeared. A big thank you to Redha for his motivation and determination to get me fitter. Everyday he checks in with us, on our diet and water intake, so pleased I joined, I have booked again for another month and will continue to do so as the results are totally amazing.
Fantastic experience: 8 weeks ago was struggling to walk due to back issues and my general fitness was at ground zero. I then spotted an advert on FB for a 4 week restart programme for the over 40s with RZ Fitness who are based locally in Formby. I decided I had nothing to lose and signed up. Definitely one of my better decisions of 2022. Combining the training sessions together with regular chiropractor appointments I am now able to walk distance again and my fitness levels have improved immensely. I have now signed up for regular cardio/strength & toning training sessions and if you are looking for a new fitness regime in 2023, then look no further. Redha is a fantastic coach - He tailors each training session to your ability- although he will push you. Training is in small female or male group sessions with a mixed group session on a Saturday. Sessions are available early mornings or early evenings during the week. I have thoroughly enjoyed my sessions - each one is different so you don't get bored doing the same thing all the time. You also get to train with some lovely people and we encourage each other along the way. Never in my life did I think I would be weight training and loving it

Fantastic experience: I wasn't happy with my weight, how unfit I felt and also how much trouble I was having with aching joints, I couldn't motivate myself to do anything about it and also change my bad eating habits. I felt frustrated with myself because I new I had to make some changes, but found it really hard to get out of the rut I'd fallen into, which was having an effect on my confidence. This training with compared to just going to a gym to exercise is completely different because of how in depth and personal it is. It's not just exercise and fitness, it's about every aspect of your health, diet and well-being. I feel like I've achieved a great deal already in doing this. I feel fitter, I'm aching less, I've lost just under a stone in five weeks and I'm eating much healthier meals as well as feeling generally happier within myself. My outlook on life is much better as I feel that I am now in a much stronger mind-set to stay in control and continue getting fitter and healthier.
Fantastic experience: Before starting training with Redha I was struggling with commitment as a lot of us do but Redha has managed to focus me as he is personally so committed to my journey. What’s different about Redha’s training is that it is specific to my needs. I have injuries and he knows what I can and can not do and tailors the training accordingly. Since I started training with Redha I’ve lost 2 inches off my waist and dropped half a stone … and suffered no injuries!

Fantastic experience: Having struggled for years to find the time and to prioritise my health I found a class that works for me. Not only does it fit in with my schedule but the strength training in a class format motivates me to work harder and I feel the results of the effort after every class. My previous frustration was weakness in legs and knees which stopped me wanting to jog or do cardio at the gym but the balance Redha’s classes provide has helped strengthen my entire body and with noticeable results in what I can now manage with ease. Paired with nutritional advice and continued support through group chats helps to keep up the motivation and push towards being stronger both physically and mentally when making choices that benefit your day to day health.
Fantastic experience: Before joining Redha I had never trained or even been to a gym. I wasn’t sure if it would be for me, but as I was fast approaching 50 I thought I would give it a go as I had nothing to lose. That was over 18 months ago and I’m still here. The sessions are challenging but are structured in a way that allows you to push yourself, find your own level, and improve your fitness in the company of likeminded people. Whether you have trained in the past, or like me are a total novice, you will fit right in. While there is as much encouragement, support and advice as you need, we don’t take ourselves too seriously, and most of us still enjoy a pint and a curry at the weekend. 18 months ago I was not sure if working out would be for me. I thought that I might embarrass myself due to my lack of fitness, or that I would be too old to start training. Now I find that I am much fitter and healthier than I was, and I am still enjoying the sessions with a great bunch of boys. So if you are looking to make a positive start to 2023 give RZ Fitness a try. I’m glad I did.
Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend RZ Fitness highly enough, what a great opportunity and experience I have had over the last 3 weeks participating in their Summer promotion. I have hated gym/exercise all my life, sounds awful i know but it is true. I have tried a couple of times over the years but always hated it. However, I am at an age whereby retirement is looming very close and I know that if I do not lose weight and get myself into some sort of exercise regime it could be a short retirement! I was also getting really fed up of hardly anything in the wardrobe fitting me and choosing to wear the same clothes all the time, rather than start buying an even bigger size. Well what a difference i have found since I started with Redha at Formby RZ Fitness. I have been going twice a week, and whilst the sessions at the time can seem hard going, Redha will push you, then push you some more, you feel so good afterwards having worked so hard it is absolutely worth it. He changes the exercise routines and it is short bursts on each one. He takes into account any ailments or body weaknesses that you have and is 100% a professional and lovely warm and encouraging human being. I feel so much better since I started going and as he encourages healthy eating with emails and supportive messages I am losing weight and feeling much better about myself. Thank you Redha.

Fantastic experience: I was finding it hard to lose weight and stay healthy. I gave up all hope in feeling good about myself. I find friendly, achievable and to my ability. I’ve lost weight and feel healthy and all round good about myself. I really enjoy workouts now, its given me the encouragement to do more on none training days . I also think more about what food I put inside my body, absolutely love training with Redha and the team.

Fantastic experience: The problem I had before training with RZ Fitness was lack of motivation, the amount of times I just thought I’d go tomorrow instead and never did. This caused me to lose fitness and strength and felt like I had less energy. With the team's great coaching and support I never miss a session through lack of motivation. I thoroughly enjoy every session and feel the benefits of the training. I’m pushed further than I otherwise would and I’m always given a gentle nudge if my form isn’t quite right. I feel much fitter since joining and have more energy in day to day life. Would fully recommend to anyone who wants to improve their fitness but struggles with the get up and go to make it to the gym. The atmosphere is very welcoming and supportive of each other too.
Fantastic experience: Redah's patience and persistence keeps me focused and committed to a 3-day weekly class schedule. He’s helped develop a new attitude in me along with more and more confidence and drive to stay healthy. I have found he is very understanding, supportive and informative about making the right diet choices and providing the right exercise programme to aid progress in our training. Fantastic experience: Having struggled to find the motivation to consistently get myself to a gym and do the work, I decided to join RZ Fitness and the great group of people who turn up. A couple of months in i feel alot fitter and more confident in myself. Each training session is different so I'm not getting bored of doing the same thing week in week out, I really enjoy the workouts.
Fantastic experience: I really loved my time with Redha & the groups, the sessions are well thought out & managed. He is a great coach with fantastic knowledge & I would have loved to have stayed on but I can’t commit to the times & some weeks I only managed 1 session due to family things. I am gutted not to be able to carry on, but hopefully I will return in the future.
Positive experience: I was apprehensive and lacked confidence in retuning to the gym and exercise post covid. I had tried many different on line platforms and local offerings and I had struggled to find something that suited me in terms of time, accountability and level. The difference Redha brings is his approach and community. He encourages me and holds me accountable for my personal journey. It is not the stereotypical Sargent Major gym beasting, he is encouraging, technical and gets results without the drama. He varies the exercise so it is sufficient for my age and ability whilst pushing sufficiently to gain results. Through going to RZ Fitness classes I have achieved a level of fitness not seen in years, far less achy joints and more movement and met some great ladies - it is such an encouraging environment. I can walk further and do far far more without any pain or soreness - thank you Redha!
Fantastic experience: Before I started classes at RZ Fitness I had let myself go mainly due to covid lockdowns and I had a severe lack of motivation. I had always exercised and tried to keep fit and healthy but classes stopped, gyms closed and my diet had become terrible. I needed to do something. I saw RZ Fitness on Facebook and decided to give it a try and get back to my old self. I was nervous but I was made very welcome. The classes are different and fun and Redha pushes you to work hard and the other ladies encourage you when you need it and the benefits started to show. I was also given advice on diet which helped too. After 5 weeks I was 9lb lighter and 9cm smaller. I felt great and had so much more energy. After 10 weeks I was a stone lighter and had lost 19cm! I love the class times and the group of ladies who urge me on when needed. The hardest thing was making the first visit to class but I’m so glad I did. Thank you Redha
Fantastic experience: I moved to Formby in July 2020 but have found it difficult to find an exercise class that suits me. RZ fitness offers the kind of class I wanted. The exercises are varied and changed to suit each person’s abilities. They are not to full so Redha can offer a personalised experience. They are on at different times of the day so there is something for everyone. The classes are enjoyable and my fitness and strength are improving. Redha takes interest in all areas of your fitness and health and is always available with advice if you are struggling
Fantastic experience: Working from home during Covid, with little exercise & easy access to the fridge, my weight ballooned. When I became breathless just going upstairs, I knew I had to do something. I spotted the advert on FB for the “Get fit & feel fabulous in 28 days” with RZ fitness & decided to give it a try. I have never done any formal exercise, apart from Zumba classes, so I wasn’t too sure it would be for me. Redha quickly put me at ease & explained each exercise and didn’t laugh at my mistakes. He gave advice & guidance about a healthy diet & understood that weekends are for treats. At the end of the 28 days I have lost an impressive 8lbs. I am also signing up to classes long term, to continue my journey and to reach my goal of being fit when I turn 60 in September. I feel very positive I will succeed and reach my goal with the support of Redha and the other ladies in the class.
Fantastic experience: Having regularly exercised and trained at various gyms and bootcamps over many years, I discovered my training routine had changed due to lockdown and selling my business. Having more time on my hands resulted in me making excuses and doing irregular exercise, because my attitude was “there was always tomorrow”…... My training became inconsistent and lacking in motivation. I contacted Redah and decided that committing to a regular structure would work best, to enable me to get back on track and give me a much needed kick up the bum. To commit to exercise three times a week with the flexibility of early mornings and evenings suited my lifestyle. I am now five weeks into the training feeling, healthy and getting stronger and fitter by the session. I have lost half a stone in weght and the numbers on the tape measure are reducing in size. I have seen a marked improvement in my flexibility, endurance, stamina and posture in this short time. Past trainers have encouraged me to eat a healthy diet, but the difference with Redah is that his tuition and training does not stop when the exercise class finishes. He invests his knowledge not only improving your personalised fitness but gives guidance in your ongoing nutritional diet and mental health. It is is the whole holistic approach. He will nudge you and all the whole group seven days a week two and three times a day regarding your food intake, training commitment, healthy recovery and water intake, he has a genuine vested interest in you to succeed. This is why for the first time not only am I maintaining my fitness levels, I have lost weight and inches because he is constantly in your head pushing you to make the right decisions. The group sessions are whole body workouts targeting to individual abilities, it’s not competitive but he will challenge you so you will improve week on week. They are enjoyable and fun, and we are all rooting for each other to achieve. The group of ladies are supportive, and we have become a RZ fitness family cheering each other on. I would recommend the 28-day challenge to kick start your journey to feeling healthy, becoming body confidant and doing something for yourself.
Fantastic experience: I have struggled with fitness over the past couple of years, but I was sick of feeling lethargic and wanted to do something about it. Having not been to the gym or done any exercise in a while, I was a little apprehensive. I needn’t have been. Redha put my mind at ease and talked me through the programme and sessions.. I’m 6 weeks in and have noticed a positive change in my energy levels, fitness strength. The support from Redha and the other ladies in the sessions have been amazing. Redha listens and notices what you are and aren’t able to do and tailors the session to accommodate ability. The healthy eating plan and regular check ins to help keep you on track. I feel positive and confident that I will continue to improve and enjoy feeling fitter.
Fantastic experience: I was finding exercise very difficult to get into, as now I am working from home, I had lost my routine of going to the gym before the office. I could not motivate myself to get back to any regular exercise and found it was really affecting my mode, health and energy levels. I was getting increasingly frustrated with myself as have aways felt I had the drive and will power to motivate myself.... I know now I was kidding myself. I finally accepted that I needed help and fortunately I came across Redha's RZ Fitness men's strength & fitness camp. He is a great motivator as he keeps the tempo of the training high and varies the routine sessions to target the whole body. For me I have found the balance between fitness and strength training invaluable. What I was not expecting is to meet a great bunch of lads, who support each other. Having been going continuous for some months now, I have lost 10lbs that I gained throughout lockdown lbs and feel like my energy levels have rocketed. Fantastic experience: I joined RZ fitness in October after several months of inactivity due to illness. What a difference it has made. Redha is supportive and very motivational. The boot camps are great fun and the sense of team with the other ladies is fabulous. Redha will make contact during the day about your diet and reminding and encouraging us to keep moving, he listens to your goals and sets the training sessions to help you meet your goals. I feel better, my body shape has changed and I’m heading in the right direction to reach my goals. I can’t recommend Redha highly enough, he’s a lovely man and his boot camps are great. If you are looking to make changes, this is the place to do it.
Fantastic experience: Before I started training with Redha I was lacking in motivation to exercise & my weight had been gradually increasing over the last few years. I was looking for something that would fit in around a busy home-life & work schedule. The range & times of classes available have made it surprisingly easy to do this. I can't believe I can fit in three classes a week & that I've stayed motivated to stick to it! I think part of the reason behind this is the friendly atmosphere in classes - It's not at all intimidating, Redha is great & all the ladies are so supportive of each other. Redha is really good at tailoring the exercises to each individual. He takes into account any injuries etc & will progressively make the exercises more challenging as you progress. Since joining I've lost weight, inches & noticed the difference in my body shape but more importantly I've started to regain confidence in myself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RZ Fitness to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Redha’s great: Nice guy, funny, knows his stuff and pushes you hard. I really look forward to our Monday morning sessions and he always delivers a great hour of training. I’m self-motivated and train most days on my own, but it’s great to have instruction, guidance and support from Redha on a weekly basis. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Redha. After lockdown finished I wanted to get back in shape quickly and efficiently but I knew I couldn’t do it on my own and needed the help of an expert. His is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to diet and training. The training so far has been great and the results came fast. Redha asked me on day one what did I want to achieve. It was to tone up my stomach add muscle all over. I dropped 5cm on my waist in 4 weeks and 7lbs as well as adding muscle and being more toned. The training continues 3 times a week and he checks my weight/measurements every week and tweeks the training/diet if needed to reach the next goal. I would highly recommend him so get in touch and see for yourself.
Fantastic experience: Been training with Redha for just over a month. I can already feel the improvement in my fitness, he is constantly pushing me in training and the program he has tailored for me is excellent. I would highly recommend Redha for anybody out there who wants to improve there fitness and wellbeing
Fantastic experience: Prior to meeting Redha, I was training for several years and just going through the motions. I had no clear plan or structure to my workout. I was becoming frustrated by not getting the results for the time I committed. Thankfully Redha gave a real structure to my workouts with clear instructions and a personal plan to maximise my results. This coupled with his excellent dietary plan and tasty recipes I have really started to see the rewards. In such a short time I have lost over 6kg and 3 inches off my waist. My whole body shape has transformed and I’m physically stronger, than I have ever been. I dread to think where my training would be without the intervention of Redha but I now have a clear focus and platform to take forward with me.

Fantastic experience: Redha has a great ability to understand your personal goals and he designs a training programme and a diet plan to help you manage and achieve your goals. He provides constant motivation and mentoring to help you stick to your plan. In just over 4 weeks of training with Redha I’ve lost 7lbs, inches, my body shape has changed and equally I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my strength and stamina. I would highly recommend Redha if you are looking for a personal trainer that gets you results
Fantastic experience: Like many in the lockdown I was gaining weight and losing motivation. I just decided to start exercising again and realised that putting a system of diet and exercise in place was what was needed. Redha really knows his stuff and after an initial aasessment he knew which areas I needed to work on. Over the course of a few weeks his high intensity program really delivered results in terms of strength and endurance. He makes the sessions fun and there is a great team spirit.
Fantastic experience: I first saw RZ Fitness on Facebook promoting Redha’s strength and fitness programme for men over 35 y.o.a. and decided to give it a go. And thank heavens that I did. I am a man in my 60s and have usually kept myself healthy and reasonably fit. But exercise had stopped for me during lockdown, and apathy had taken over. I had gained over a stone in weight, had added over 5 inches to my waist line, felt unfit, tired and thoroughly fed up. That was 5 weeks ago. With the encouragement of my wife, I contacted Redha one weekend, and he invited me to join in the training sessions starting on the following Monday evening. Three Sessions a week (Mon, Wed & Fri evenings) The sessions are really fun, and so different from any ‘classes’ that I have attended in the past. Redha and the rest of the guys immediately welcome any newcomer and make them feel at home and amongst friends ( which is exactly what has happened) The training is very varied and tailored to every individuals personal needs, whilst fully integrating into the programme. It can be hard, and very challenging, but never beyond your capability. Redha expertly balances each persons needs shows you precisely what you really are capable of. I was truly amazed and delighted, given that a few short weeks ago, I felt as though I was a ‘right-off’. Nothing could be further than the truth. In five weeks, my outlook has completely changed. I have lost 4 inches from my waist-line, my pot belly has almost disappeared as I am finding my Core again, and I have lost half a stone. I am feeling happier and far healthier, and look forward to every session. My targets are to get to ‘Pre-Covid’ condition and much better. I know that I will get there within the next few weeks. No more dread of pain and no gain. This is fun and effective, and I would 100% recommend it to anybody. Do yourself a favour and give it a go. You will be delighted that you did.
Fantastic experience: I started with Redha as I never could find time to train, plus I had already lost a stone and a half, but I wanted to firm up. I was frustrated as gyms were closed, so by choosing Redha I could start my program a lot sooner. Redha's training is different as he trains your full body, and makes sure you do the exercises correctly. I have achieved far more than I would have by training on my own, I do feel I have built muscle a lot quicker. My life now after nearly 8 weeks is far more structured and I feel a lot more motivated about my training and with life itself.

Fantastic experience: Before training with Redha I was unfit and putting on weight and my strength was weak, my frustration was where to get good guidance on diet and training so I choose Redha. The training with Redha is both enjoyable and tough, I feel a lot better within myself and have noticed a positive change in my body shape over the past 6 weeks.

Fantastic experience: After passing 50 I’m sure like most people simple things like putting on your socks start to become a bit of an effort, running around after the grandchildren seems much harder than when your own children were young. Despite being on my feet all day in an active job my flexibility and fitness had noticeably declined especially after the covid situation, I heard about Redha through Facebook and took up his offer of a one to one assessment and then a weeks trial at his morning strength and fitness camps. For the past month I’ve been training 3 mornings a week with the lads and we have all bonded well and enjoy working hard together to all achieve our goal of losing a bit of weight, putting on a bit of muscle and generally feeling better about ourselves. Redha pushes us hard without taking it too far and provides us with dietary and nutrition information continually monitoring our progress, we have all lost weight and inches so far whilst also making new friends and actually enjoying getting up at 6am! If early mornings aren’t your thing I believe Redha is setting up an evening session too, I wasn’t a morning person myself but after a week or two of forcing myself to get out of bed early I now actually look forward to it and go to work feeling energised. Anyone over 35 will feel most welcome in the group regardless of their fitness level or size and will soon find themselves feeling fitter and more confident.
Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Redha highly enough . Before I met him my motivation was low and I had no energy and had put on a lot of weight . I knew something had to be done as just turning 50 I was conscious that I was coming across more and more health issues and I had tried other things before including jogging but nothing was working for me . When I did I was getting injured or I couldn’t be bothered sticking to anything . Then I came across Redha . His training methods are so different and he works at your fitness levels even in group activity . Every class is different and I have barely missed a session due to how much enjoyment and motivation I get from his sessions. Redha also mixes up exercises and varies things so well like no other trainer I’ve come across . I’ve also met a great group of lads of similar age and we even go out for a drink from time to time . So far I’ve lost a stone in weight and my body shape has changed . Redha provides support on diet as well which has been really useful . But I know this is just the start of my journey . Life is a much happier place , my health’s improving and my fitness is really improving all thanks to Redha. I can’t thank him enough and recommend him to anybody .
Fantastic experience: First of all Redha is a great Personal Trainer and is professional in all aspects. Before joining RZ Fitness I was not exercising properly and my diet was poor - generally not putting time aside for my health. Redha has helped me by offering structure, encouragement and great advice to Positively change and become healthier. I have much more energy now than I used to, mainly from new diet, And feel much stronger taking the regular RZ sessions. Within each fitness/Gym session Redha pushes you and understands your capabilities. I would say RZ Fitness is about a sensible approach to a healthier lifestyle that fits in with your schedule and, if you are committed, It achieves results. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve health and fitness.

Fantastic experience: I have always enjoyed being active and exercise has been part of my life. I have never had a weight problem but wanted to build muscle and look more athletic. Before meeting Redha I had been training alone using YouTube videos and Instagram.For the first year I did make progress with my goals, but in the second year I plateaued and despite training hard I didn’t see my body changing. To combat this I began to use heavier weights but noticed I was getting injured frequently and became frustrated. When I first met Redha I felt that I would only need a few sessions, a few pointers on the correct form and perhaps a nutritional plan. However, after a month of training with him I realised that once more my body was changing.I continued training with Redha and made steady progress.I have not been injured once. Since training with Redha, I am much stronger overall. My shoulders and arms are more defined and I have the beginnings of a 6 pack! I look forward to my sessions as Redha always keeps them fun and effective. I’m pleased I met Redha. He is enthusiastic, always on hand to give his expert advice and I feel he truly cares about my progress. Redha pushes me harder than I would ever push myself and I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been having sessions with Redha twice a week for over a year. Before I felt unfit and weak and hadn’t exercised consistently for over a year and I asked Redha to help me build a good base level of fitness to reduce the risk of injury before I started training for a triathlon. I also wanted to get back into the habit of exercising consistently and showing up for every session which is much easier if you have someone waiting for you! Redha listened to what I wanted, and we worked on strengthening my muscles and overall fitness. He often encouraged me to lift heavier than I would’ve done by myself and I was often surprised at what I could do. After only a few weeks I started to see progress. Since starting, I’ve been very pleased with the results. We’ve transformed my body from being weak and unfit to strong and fit. I’ve managed to stay injury free even when increasing my running and cycling distances. I have more definition in my arms and legs and people have noticed the difference. I also lost 5kg and around 5% bodyfat. I do strength training twice a week with Redha focusing on full body. It’s so easy and convenient to just show up to our sessions and know he has the right level of training for me. I don’t have to think about trying to build my own training plan. I just show up, do what he says, and I continue to improve. In addition, I also bike and run each week and often go hiking and swimming when I can. I really notice the difference being stronger has in my overall performance. I have more power on the bike, my core and back are stronger so I can maintain a good position on the bike and ride for longer without tiring. I highly recommend Redha if you’re looking for results. He knows his stuff and is always friendly and reliable.

Fantastic experience: Hi I’ve been in a gym membership for the past two years with and no weight loss.i meet Redha personal trainer and started his program. in seven weeks I completely changed my shape and lost six kilos he is very good .he cares for his clients but most of all I seen great results which I have not had in many years plus he gave me a good diet to do as well I would recommend him .if it works for me it works for it will work for anybody thanks

Fantastic experience: Redha is one of the best personal trainers you can meet. I was totally impressed how my body shape changed again so quick after my second pregnancy. Gym is not boring anymore with Redha and boot camp gives you motivation more and more each day. He knows his job very well and his knowledge around healthy diet planning is incredible.
