Fantastic experience: My husband and I are travelling through scotland and get a day pass at any kind of gyms every two - three days. I can confirm that that‘s the most welcoming gym we‘ve been so far. The team is sooo welcoming!!! Gave us a scoop of their booster because we forgot ours. Also very great if you have children (children area). The prices are absolutely affordable. You can either pay cash or card. It‘s a very small gym but it has everything you need in a gym (you‘ll even find showers - included in the price AND 2 tanning beds) Next time in scotland, we‘re definitely coming back here Thank‘s so so much ☺️

Fantastic experience: As someone who had struggled to find the right gym for me, generation fitness is all I could ever want in a gym. Not only do they host and incredible amount of user friendly equipment they have a huge amount of other facilities like the kids play room and sunbeds that just adds soo much to the incredible gym. The greatest thing this gym has to offer however is the people, the people make generation health and fitness. I joined the gym around April time last year through my PT Matthew (who I also very highly reccomend) and I instantly made great connections with everyone in the gym from trainers to other gym goers, I felt so welcome. I have never not left the gym without a smile. If you are looking for a place where you can work out around a group of people who will support you in ways you never knew possible, generation health fitness is the gym for you. Charlie and the team have helped me in ways they will never know, I genuinely look forward to walking through those doors and seeing everyone supporting each other to achieve their goals. Greatest gym in glasgow without a doubt !

Fantastic experience: The best gym for families, both my daughters love the kids room & can also keep my toddler in her pram beside me while I’m doing my session, couldn’t imagine going anywhere else now!

Fantastic experience: Great independent gym, has all the equipment you could need , run there own circuit classes , also have a kids room for anyone struggling to make the gym due to babysitting the gym is perfect for a tight schedule, friendly members and PTs - everyone is made to feel at home , highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Started going to Generation as I signed up with a PT who was based there and it was very local can say without a doubt it is the loveliest and most welcoming gym I've ever been in and I've gone to a good few over the years. From day one everyone there made me feel so welcome. They were all so supportive of my journey and inspired me to keep pushing. The gym itself is great, they continue to add new equipment to it to ensure their members get the best out of their membership. The membership is very affordable too which is a bonus during the cost of living crisis. They are the most family orientated gym I've ever seen and honestly highly recommend Generation to any parents who struggle to find the time or baby sitters to allow them to go the the gym. They have an amazing kids area with toys and games which I think is a great addition it not only allows parents to get their work out done but means school age kids can see what a healthy relationship with exercise can do for people and ultimately has the potential to inspire a future generation. 10/10 from me and genuinely can't speak highly enough of Generation and their team. Best Gym in Glasgow.

Fantastic experience: A very family friendly, welcoming gym! Plenty of high quality machines to use, experienced and knowledgeable staff and access to a kids room so you can even bring your children when you are working out. All round brilliant gym with everything you need and more :))

Fantastic experience: perfect gym for beginners or the more experienced weight lifters, very friendly staff and great personal trainers, also having a nursery area for the kids is great for parents like myself when you can’t get the kids watched highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Fab family friendly gym with all the equipment you need. Its not as busy as other gyms so chances are you wont be waiting about for machines. Everyone is really welcoming and helpful if you need anything. Also very good for mums looking to get back into the gym. Been with charlie for a month and ive lost so much weight already. Loving being back at the gym which i never thought i would do again. Its one of the best programmes ive done for getting fit again. If anyone were looking for a PT I would highly recommend Charlie.

My favourite part of the week is my 2 pt sessions would highly recommend only complaint is I never done it sooner.

Fantastic experience: Honestly best gym I have joined . The staff make the place welcoming and easy and help if doing the wrong exercises. So I can’t fault the place . Even got a help with a diet plan . If not a member get involved and be part of the team

Fantastic experience: Signing up with Charlie has been one of the best decisions I have made! He has truly helped me find time as a busy working mum of 2 to fit in time for workouts, the gym and a healthier lifestyle! I am currently an online client but do book in for 1-to-1 sessions with Charlie at the gym. He gives amazing feedback, daily checkins and is always so motivating! He really makes you feel at ease and to go at your own pace but challenging you at the same time. The gym itself is immaculate with a great range of cardio and weight based machines/equipment. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful too! The difference between Charlie compared to many other PTs is that he genuinely cares about his work and making a difference. I can’t wait to see the results as the months go by!

Fantastic experience: The gym has friendly, supportive, professional staff who make you feel welcome. The PTs are well knowledged. The equipment is great - solid and a good variety. They have a play are for kids so parents can do a session without worrying about childcare. The gym members and staff make it feel like a wee community as we all get to know each other. I used to hate the gym and exercising but since I've had Charlie as a PT and joining his gym - I love it!

Fantastic experience: Don't think of this as your average weight lifting gym with all juice heads walking around.. its the opposite! Friendly environment - great laugh and great PTs. Classes have taken off recently too and they seem to be quite popular. Its the only gym I've walked in and felt really comfortable in and know that I'd go myself without the fear of what to do or whos looking at me. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Glasgows best kept secret! The equipment is top quality and the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful. Membership price at the moment are awesome compared to the commercial gyms. Do yourself a favour and get in for a workout or well engineered PT sessios. Either way you will love it and keep coming back for more
