Fantastic experience: Great, friendly gym with everything you need for a good work out. Norwich city centre location is ideal for going before/after work and includes 2 hours free parking. There’s no contract so easy to start and stop (or just pause) the membership without any fuss. As someone who gets quite anxious in gyms I thoroughly recommend NHF.

Fantastic experience: NHF Gym is a private gym which is great value with no frills yet fully functional with free weights and all necessary equipment. I chose this over other nearby gyms for the no contract / no commitment and to support a local business. I can only praise the staff and owner who is especially accommodating offering tips and assistance and is regularly available on the floor. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Myself and a few other ladies used NHF as a base to have some progress pictures taken and it was a great experience. It was quiet enough that we were able to use the equipment we wanted and the lay out was perfect. Kevin was really helpful and accommodating so would recommend to anyone wanting to do this in the future.

Fantastic experience: I have been with nhf gym for almost 2years and i love it.. almost everything you need in the gym has it. The gym itself is has a small capacity and you won't worry too much as people has different times its just get busy after 5 and settles again after 7pm. I think people has their personal trainer. Having also like a private gym is a bonus like as i don't like many people and quite conscious with myself and this absolute my comfort zone. The owner/manager is friendly and help you with anything. It tours me around and shows me how to use the equipment very useful. If you are like me, quite shy and like to be quite times in the gym. Would recommend it.

Fantastic experience: GREAT GYM. I was in Norwich for a month for work so needed a gym. NHF is a great facility for anyone who likes functional fitness with enough resistance equipment too. It ticks all boxes- free weights, fixed resistance machines and a nice open space for functional training. Kevin was very friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Cannot rate this gym highly enough! I joined back in the summer after finally deciding to get in shape, I had a few PT sessions to build up my confidence and now I am absolutely loving it. Great space, got all the equipment I could need. Always really clean and tidy, great changing facilities too so perfect to get in a morning workout before work! Really handy to have 2 hours free parking at the building as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else now and would recommend it to anyone wanting to get fit, never over crowded or having to wait around to use equipment like other similar priced gyms in Norwich.

Fantastic experience: Have enjoyed using the Gym on Rose Lane.in the centre of Norwich. It's a quiet but well equipped Gym. Sam my PT is always available to message on the phone and is understanding of limitations of the individual he is instructing. 10/10 from me.

Much better than joining a big gym, this gym actually feels like you have your own private gym & you can get a PT session super easily, all you have to do is ask! I Cannot recommend this gym enough! It’s brilliant!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful, it really feels like a community compared to other gyms I have been to. Brilliant City centre location in Norwich, makes it so convenient and with two hours free parking it's a no-brainer. Highly recommended, wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic little gym that has everything in it needed to do a rigorous training session separate free weights room and enough machines in main room to cover all body parts needed for a full workout Kev the manager/owner is a top bloke who was very helpful for me as I was an out of town worker even personally meeting me at the car park to get me booked in as I wasn’t sure we’re to go personal trainers there were very polite and knowledgable I recommend this gym if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of a mainstream gym that can be over busy esp at peak times

Fantastic experience: I think NHF Gym is great,whether you at beginner level or advanced it caters for everyone. I was sceptical at first when finding the right gym as I hadn't been in one since lockdown and felt anxiety about doing it but at NHF Gym, I feel perfectly comfortable and now have a personal trainer along side my general gym routine which is helping me achieve my goals in the fitness world. I highly recommend this gym to anyone

Fantastic experience: Great little gym hidden under an office building in central Norwich! Need a membership card to access it, so call ahead if you’re coming for a day pass. I didn’t and Kevin came to my rescue, and then went above and beyond giving me PT advice. So welcoming

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym. At first sight (if you’re used to big gyms) it will seem quite small, but, equipment wise, it has everything to succeed in muscle development. You’ll also, very often, get it all to yourself! This is as close as it gets to working out in your personal gym. Staff is lovely too, happy to answer any enquires.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! It's great that the membership is capped at 50, so the gym is nice and quiet and some days is empty. There are also some amazing PT trainers, I'm really happy with the progress I've made!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. My boyfriend and I come to the gym together and we’re always able to train together and separately if we want. We moved from a big commercial gym because the equipment was always being use no matter what time you went but here we’re able to use everything we need when we need it. It’s by the far, the best gym around.

Fantastic experience: Good place to workout and it has all the equipments required for the workout. I am in the city for couple of weeks and needed a place to workout. This place is perfect, in middle of the city and not like the other big fancy gyms.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym in the centre of Norwich. Well equipped. Friendly staff and a good number of Personal Trainers to choose from. The price is unbeatable, given what you get for the money and free parking too! I signed up for a year and saved 2 months fees. But even on a rolling basis, it's excellent value!

Fantastic experience: For people who don’t want the overcrowding and overwhelming of the larger gyms and equipment in constant use. Norfolk Health and Fitness Gym is fantastic. Never overcrowded, the equipment is modern and high end! Thank you Kevin for your amazing knowledge, care and time you gave me, enabling me to return back to fitness, losing the anxiety which I’ve carried for years. You’re amazing and so is the gym!

Fantastic experience: I am staying in Norwich with family for a few days and wanted to find a place to get a training session in. Avoiding the typical ‘Pure Gym’ type place of which I am personally not a fan, I was very pleased to find a modest little gym making great use of their space with a decent variety of equipment all well maintained, and offering reasonable day-pass access. Greeted by a very helpful and friendly manager upon arrival I felt very comfortable training there and got a great session in. I would definitely recommend anyone in the area looking for similar to make use of this, and any locals should have a look here as a strong alternative to often overly-busy mainstream gyms.

I was met by the owner and personal trainer there they were both welcoming and really nice people. Gym has everything you need and more. Pretty much had the gym to myself when I was there so that was an added bonus. Will be for sure dropping back in when I’m next back. Great gym

Fantastic experience: Toured this gym on the virtual tour but was not sure about it due to the size as I am used to big commercial gyms, but in person it's perfect! It's like your own personal gym where you can play your own music through the room speakers and even control Aircon. Kevin the owner makes you feel as if you are apart of the gym unlike big commercial gyms where you feel like a price statistic. Couldn't recommend enough!

Since joining, I have thoroughly enjoyed using this gym and have found I can achieve my fitness goals here rather than waiting around for equipment. I joined after leaving another gym nearby due to their lack of air conditioning and poor cleanliness, and I could not be happier at NHF, their air con works and it is always spotlessly clean! The biggest selling point for me is that it is a private gym, so it’s always quiet and you’re not fighting others for a piece of equipment. Definitely is a hidden gem in the centre of Norwich!
