MSA Master Sken Academy

Fantastic experience: I first discovered MSA through my wife who came back one day raving that she had finally found a fitness activity that really suited her. At first i was really nervous about trying it as I had images of lots of scary boxer types and too much testosterone in the gym. I am pleased to say nothing could be further from the truth. Master Sken is a lovely man who has many years of experience teaching Muay Thai as a combat sport but also for fitness and self defence. Kay who is Master Sken's wife teaches the children's groups and the ladies class on Tuesday and they are both very welcoming and happy to work with me as a slightly overweight 42 year old with no experience. The training sessions are hard and if you work hard you start to get good at it really fast. What I am most impressed by is the sense of community and friendship within the group. It is a fun way to get fit.

Fantastic experience: Great club for making new friends and learning a great skill, all the tutors are very focused and serious in there teaching, the kids have to pay attention and focus on what they are doing while having fun and learning how to defend themselves. My son has been going for 6 months now and loves it. Highly recommended.
