Fantastic experience: Haven is the only gym I've stuck out longer than a few months, I've been going for over a year now and it's hands down the best gym I've been to. Always a happy, fun and supportive atmosphere. Yuen is always on hand to offer help, knowledge and motivation when you need it, she always knows when to give you that extra push! Couldn't recommend a better place to train.

Fantastic experience: If you’re curious about strength training and ready to experience all the AMAZING benefits it has both physically and mentally, then you need to try out Haven! I was warmly welcomed by Yuen and all the other members at Haven and instantly felt comfortable, at ease and incredibly supported throughout my fitness journey here. The gym is well equipped and parking is available directly outside. I recommend this gym to everyone!

Yuen and the rest of the members make this gym a supportive and encouraging environment and I truly enjoy attending the classes, which are adaptable to any fitness level.
