Fantastic experience: This is the ultimate self-defence one needs to acquire... I was 14 when I first tried Krav Maga and thank for my laziness that was it... This time I want to do it forever as I found a very helpful and friendly team to work with... Been doing some boxing and martial arts before but unless you want to go in the ring you don’t need those sports... This branch is very close to the new home we moved in and therefore I chose it... Unfortunately this site only does Wednesday from 20:00-21:30 and after my first class I’ve signed up to study another language and it is on this exact day and time... how unlucky this is? :-/ Fortunately there are other sites to practice in everyday... I was struggling to find Mayfair branch on the website where as google maps showed that tehre is class every Monday so I contacted TKM and they’ve replied soo after I’ve sent the message to reassure that the site is under review and will be operating shortly... This is a great company to be with and they also provide equipments and clothes to train in... Thanks

Fantastic experience: I started training with Total Krav  back in September 2018. I was looking for a self defense system to learn and I kept coming back to Krav Maga. I’ve attended classes at the Notting Hill Gate studio with Luke, and I was impressed by his teaching methods. Luke is able to resonate with his pupils and communicate on all levels from beginner to advanced level. It has been a pleasure to watch and be part of. He always knows just what to do to get the most and the best out of you. The classes, foremost are fun and this is also down to the teaching and atmosphere. Regardless of your level of experience you always feel welcome. The classes aren’t easy and you will come away with the odd bruise and scrape, but you will come away with your own sense of achievement.  Krav Maga is adapted from natural common-sense reactions. It's more like when you are in a club or in the street — more natural than other fighting systems.

Fantastic experience: I've been training with TKM for a couple of years now, and I feel I've improved significantly over that time. The instruction is pretty high quality, and focuses largely on technique and it's practical application. Classes provide a good workout without being as physically punishing as classes in more competition-oriented disciplines. The Paddington location has been the main location I train at for a while, and the instructors who teach there, Robert, Hugh and Nick, are all excellent, and the studios at Nuffield are pretty good spaces for martial arts training. I strongly recommend TKM if you're looking to train in Krav Maga in West or Central London.
