The Kaizen Gym

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this gym since it has opened and it has just got grown and grown and got better and better! The staff/coaches are really friendly and very approachable! The classes are great with amazing knowledge and feedback from the coaches to help everyone to their full potential! If you were to come and try this gym out, like all the others, you wouldn't leave!

Coaches always on hand to give advice and support, and everyone is genuinely passionate about fitness and helping each other make progress. The place to go if you're new to fitness and need guidance, or if you're more experienced and want to train with individuals that will push you to exceed, or even if you're just looking for something more social and welcoming than a commercial gym

Fantastic experience: I've trained here since Kaizen opened - great gym with a huge spread of age groups and ability levels. Loads of racks, platforms, plates and barbells to use + a decent sled track if you want to push/pull anything. Weightlifting, powerlifting, hybrid training, crossfit or even general fitness, you'll be sorted. Tired of mainstream commercial gyms where you don't feel part of something? Want to train somewhere that people support each other and the coaches know their stuff? Look no further

Fantastic experience: I moved to this gym from Bannatynes over 3 years ago. I was apprehensive at first to move away from 'the norm', but I couldn't be happier. Sam and Martin have created a fantastic place with a great sense of community and with classes and individual coaching options to get the best out of you, whatever your personal goals.
