Fantastic experience: CrossFit Tamar provides an amazing fitness experience for all levels. The team has truly made this 42 year gal rediscover her inner athlete and never has a question I asked ever felt silly or an inconvenience. They helped me recover from a broken ankle and now I actually want to push myself harder each class. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: I love that everyone is so welcoming and put me at ease from the start! There is no pressure to life heavy and no judgement if you just have a bar (me!!). It’s an absolute win when weights are added and I can manage it. It’s so inclusive and scaled for each individual. I would say, and I have already to people, don’t be put off by thinking it’s a young persons sport, I’m 57 and loving it. The movements are scaled to your ability and support is always there. The CrossFit Tamar crew want you to get stronger in a safe and measured way!! Come and give it a go

They guide you with each step. The environment is extremely friendly and cheerful. If you want to start your fitness journey this is the place. Just turn up and you will love it.

Some of the best coaching I've come across, no pressure to lift heavy and always providing great progressions for every movement.

Fantastic experience: Community and challenge! I love both these aspects about CrossFit Tamar. Everyday there is a new challenge: an opportunity to improve or practice a movement. Whilst all the time you're with a group of genuine, friendly, warm, humorous and non-judgemental people (the WhatsApp group keeps us connected, even when we're not working out together). It's the best. No argument. Do it. Regardless of your current fitness. I've tried all kinds of group exercise classes including Les Mills, but CF Tamar wipes the floor with them, in every way. CrossFit is small group training, with an expert coach, a structured programme designed to improve your fitness in every way: strength, cardio and flexibility... with the best people.

A very friendly and welcoming gym, you will not feel judged no matter what your age or ability you will be welcomed by the great coaches.
