Fantastic experience: I've been working with Zara for over 4 months now. I was experiencing a lot of knee pain because I have flat feet, which was impacting my knees. I was unable to climb stairs, sit down or stand up without pain. 4 months on and I'm now able to do a full squat pain free. I understand good form and how to avoid the pain. I've been able to build strength in my knees and legs gradually without injury. Zara has helped me to build strength slowly, breaking down each movement until I was able to do a complete squat. Her workouts are practical and manageable, she has a very good understanding of muscles and joints to ensure you're moving in the correct way to avoid further damage. Zara has been very supportive and has encouraged me to push past the discomfort without causing pain. I can now exercise with confidence even when Zara isn't with me and I always look forward to our sessions and love to see her get excited about my progress. Now that I've overcome the problems in my knees, we've moved on to improving my upper body strength. I'm looking forward to becoming stronger and improving my knowledge on how to exercise. I'd recommend Zara to anyone who is looking to build strength, confidence and improve joint and muscle health.
Fantastic experience: Me and my sister both trained with Zara for some time to kick-start our fitness journey’s, and the training sessions by far exceeded our expectations. Not only is Zara SO personable, she tailored our workouts to suit our fitness levels perfectly, whilst making sure each session was a challenge. She sent us guides on food/macros and workouts which she had personally made previously, for us to use between our sessions. Each week we looked forward to our sessions and felt stronger. We look forward to building upon what Zara taught us and implementing it into our workouts. If you are thinking of PT’ing with Zara, whether that’s for your fitness, mental health, weight goals or anything else, you should definitely do it - you won’t regret it. Fantastic experience: I have known Zara for many years now. I first met her when she was working out at Pure Gym and I had another personal trainer. When circumstances changed I looked Zara up as she was always friendly when I bumped into her. We hit it off from our first session and she has been by my side through personal times and injuries. I consider her a friend who trains me and not just a P.T. For anyone looking for a trainer who listens, who engages with you and looks to make every session different and fun, then Zara is your girl!

Fantastic experience: I have known Zara now for 3 years. Throughout this time I have worked with her on pure loser, had PT sessions and joined her ZS challenge throughout lockdown. She is one of the most inspirational PTs I know - not only does she train me, she also trains my family who have disabilities. Her ability to adapt and tailor her exercises specific to her client and their abilities is second to none - she is not one of those PT’s that just pile on the weight regardless of form and create injury! As a specialist physiotherapist myself I love that she is able to understand the human body, correct anatomy, physiology and understand how to correctly and safely load the body to work towards your specific goals. I cannot recommend her highly enough - if there were 10 stars she would achieve this every time!

Fantastic experience: Zara has been great from the first ever email. I contacted her because i felt so uncomfortable that i couldn't even face the gym and had been paying gym membership for 6 months, explaining all about my anxiety, we talked it through. She sent me expectations and her plans so i knew what it would be like helping the anxiety and as soon as i met her and started the sessions i fell back in love with exercise. I enjoy it so much I've roped my partner in for sessions as well. I couldn't recommend her enough, sessions are such a laugh, educational and generally so much fun.

Fantastic experience: In the 4 years I’ve been a member at pure gym, I’ve not only watch Zara progress within herself but progress so much in her business, she is one of the most successful trainers at pure gym, always thinking outside the box to make business standout, she not just a trainer she becomes a great friend to the point where if you are having a bad day, or stressful moment, or you suffer a chronic illness, she becomes that shoulder to you. Fantastic experience: If you are thinking of using a personal trainer then I would wholeheartedly reccomend Zara. We have been working together for about 3 years now and Zara has helped me achieve so much. Yes, it takes effort to get fitter, healthier and leaner, but Zara also makes it fun and we laugh and joke through all our sessions! You will be in safe and supportive hands with Zara. Go for it! I did and I have never regretted it.

Fantastic experience: I started training with Zar in 2016. We had a month of serious intensity. I wanted to explore heavy lifting in a safe way with true attention to form. I had seen the arched backed deadlifts under the guidance of others so my choice of PT was not by chance. I sought her out and was not disappointed. I’m approaching a 400 SBD total now and haven’t stopped training since then. I can attribute most of my foundation to zara’s instruction. She is awesome and will defo guide you to your goals as long as you’re ready to work HARD!!
